The ezcema was further exacerbated because I was under a lot of stress. I extremely transparent, I also expressed that I haven't been sleeping I am constantly in a flare l was miserable, I couldn't stop itching, my skin was bleeding in areas and was beyond agitated. I was hoping after a week and a half of pure hell, to finally get some form of relief. However, despite my condition and our discussion, no medication was prescribed to help manage or alleviate my symptoms. Although it was said that there would be, the Pharmacy has no record. I am deeply disappointed by this oversight, as it has caused me continued discomfort and distress. I had to go to the ER and got Covid and I am already immune compromised! Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this dermatologist. Do you know after all of that she couldn't be bothered to apologize? Also they do surgery on site but have no after hours - sorry that just doesn't sound legal.

I had booked my appointment online, which requires a CC to book because if you don't come to the appointment or do not cancel within a certain time you get charged. Which I totally understand! I booked a 6pm appointment the same day. Luckily I checked my email before I left my house (I get so much spam it's hard to stay on track), but they just randomly cancelled my appointment out of the blue. First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible. Not to mention the girl on the phone who told me this was so rude, saying I was lying and it was all my fault. I will have to try to find a new wax space because this is truly terrible customer service. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I have gotten very good waxes in the past
