When we got there to pick up our order, I asked the young lady if she could switch them and she proceeded to tell me that the only reason she was going to do it was because she hadn't made my drinks yet and they are not supposed to change anything on the mobile orders. So I told her never mind don't change anything because she was making it seem like she was going to loose her job over a cherry coke. We waited for our food and a gentleman brought it out instead of her which I found weird as if she was dismissive towards us. Then I get my food home and my fries are burnt also my burgers are extremely dry. So needless to say it will be a while before I return here. I told her the situation and she responded that they are not even supposed to use salt on the sandwiches and that she would be happy to give me another sandwich. THIS WAS DEFINITELY DONE ON PURPOSE. My sandwich was salty and my tots had cheap melted cheese on top. Neither selection was not at all pleasant to eat. I'm scared to get another sandwich, maybe the next time would be the floor special.
