Let me start by saying that the people at Baierl are great. Very nice & personable and I really…read moreenjoy dealing with them, which makes this review even more upsetting for me I had my car in a couple of weeks ago because it was randomly not starting. I was leaving for vacation, driving to Florida with 2 children, so I stressed the importance of needing my car fixed. I advised I believed I needed a new battery. I was told I did not need a new battery, they had charged my battery completed and I would no longer have this issue, at a cost of around $50. While on vacation, my car did the same thing 3 times- once in rural West Virginia. It was extremely scary. I called the service department and they told me to bring it back in. I dropped my car off first thing Friday morning. By Friday evening I had not heard anything so I called - I was told my car needed a test overnight, and I could get it the next day, and there was no loaners available. I called numerous times on Saturday to no answer. I was stranded at home with my child and no transportation. I was finally able to get a ride up Saturday afternoon only to find out nothing had been done to my car. There was nobody in in the service department- the service department next door at Chevy, and one of the gentlemen in sales (who were all terrific btw and very helpful) were able to find my car, and advised me that nothing had been. They were thankfully able to find me a car to drive in the interim. I did not hear anything from Cadillac service until Tuesday when they advised that I needed a new battery. So not only did I pay to have my battery charged just a couple weeks before, but now I was charged $160 for a new battery. On top of being without my vehicle for 4 1/2 days. I am very not pleased. On top of everything, I had mentioned needing an oil change, and when I picked up my car, it had not been done, so rather than have to wait who knows how long to get it done, I had to go elsewhere to get my oil change. I have been coming to Baierl Cadillac since I bought my first Cadillac, and the people are terrific there, but the service and time for the last 2 visits really disappointed me to the point that I do not know if I will return.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never do business with Baierl again due to their deceptive…read moreand unprofessional practices. My truck needed a new motor, which was covered under my extended warranty. They kept my vehicle for over two months, and when the work was finally completed, I was blindsided with a $2,500 bill. At no point was I informed that I would owe anything beyond my $250 deductible. Instead, they refused to release my truck until the entire amount was paid in full. This kind of poor communication, lack of transparency, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Baierl's practices come across as greedy and dishonest.

If you are looking for a new or used car, Baierl Chevrolet is definitely the way to go! I had just…read morepurchased a car, not from them, in August and unfortunately it was crashed and totaled so I was in the market for a new car. All of the staff we worked with was so patient, kind, and understanding, especially the salesman, Bradley! He was very down to earth and overall just very kind. He wasn't looking to push a car down our throats and that be final. He went the extra mile with the car I bought when it came to making sure it was not only up to our standards, but his as well! I would also like to note that Kevin in finance did everything in his power to make sure we were happy with what we were financing, and again, went the extra mile and contacted the previous dealership in regards to our warranty on the car that was totaled. Thank you to everyone at Baierl Chevrolet, especially Brad and Kevin!

It took the original Chevy service team and a call to GM, 8 months and 6 different trips last year to correct the problem. Well, it started to happen again (by the way, it is a problem that other Chevy Impala customers are experiencing on a regular basis. Most of the comments I have seen, say that they just sold the car or paid to have it fixed). The difference between my car and those customers is that my car has a bumper to bumper warranty because of a transmission failure at 34,000 miles that GM handled badly. So, when this happens I have to take the car, leave it, get a loaner and hope that they fix it....Well, it started to happen again and admittedly it is an intermittent problem, but I would think after more than 6 visits, they would know what to do(just sayin'). So, I call to make an appointment, tell them I need a loaner, they ask how many miles on the call - 74,000...answer...we don't give loaners to cars over 35000 miles. I explained that this car has a bumper to bumper until 118,000 miles and that this is a reccuring problem . I explain that I have purchased 6 cars from Baierl..their answer is "We recently have new owners and that is their policy". Really?....So, my prior loyalty means nothing to the new owners, so a pre-existing issue, means nothing. I have advised them through an email, that I thought this was shoddy treatment to old customers....no response. So I say to you....if you are a older customer of Baierl...Be advised that you may not get the treatment you would expect.

On 3-16-2026 I purchased a demo 2025 Frontier with 4,876 miles. Nissan recommends an oil change every 7,500 miles for normal driving conditions. Most knowledgeable people perform a first oil change at 1,000 to 5,000 miles. In retrospect, I should have made an oil change a condition of the purchase of the truck - I didn't - my bad. After had the truck for a few days, I realized I should see if the oil had been changed, so I called my salesman Connor at Wright Nissan. He had to check but ultimately said the oil had been changed so I asked him for documentation for my files and so I would know when to change it next. He initially said the oil change would be recorded on the car fax report, but he was unable to provide it. I asked for some documentation and after a number of reminders to him he finally provided a Nissan Service "invoice" showing an oil change on February 18, 2026 with a milage of 4,866 miles. On May 14, 2026 (with 6,432 miles now on the odometer) before making a long drive in my new truck and not feeling too good about the oil change documentation provided by Wright Nissan, I decided to get the oil changed at the local Valvoline. I watched as the dark black oil was removed. I asked the Valvoline Tech, based on his experience, if this oil had ever been previously changed (let alone 1,566 miles ago). His response was simply "no way". Following the oil change, I reached out via email to my salesman Conner to let know about the discrepancy hoping he would respond with some explanation. He never responded.

He arranged to have the vehicle towed to the dealership's service department, only to be informed that they would not be able to check the engine codes until sometime in June -- several weeks away. As a disabled veteran, this was understandably very frustrating news for him. I contacted the Warrendale location in hopes of expediting the service process. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the operator was not very pleasant, as she seemed irritated and simply stated that they had other customers besides my father. When I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was transferred to voicemail. Thankfully, Mike Cantella returned my call and completely changed the experience for us. Mike went above and beyond to assist my father and showed genuine concern regarding the situation. He maintained excellent communication throughout the process and kept both of us updated daily with progress reports. That same week, the vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Without Mike's involvement, this situation could have easily become a disaster. Technician Cory Hartman was equally professional and thorough, keeping us informed throughout the repair process. The issue was diagnosed properly, and all four fuel injectors were replaced. It was truly evident that Mike and Cory work exceptionally well as a team. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Because of their efforts, my father will continue to have his vehicle serviced at this location.

The whole staff was great and walked us through everything step by step. I bought a used 2020 vehicle, and not even a month and a half later the battery died. I didn't think to ask or check on it at the time of purchase (turns out it was the original battery), so that was a bit of an unexpected expense and quite frustrating. That may have just been on me, but I figured I'd mention it in case it helps someone else think to ask! Aside from that, it was a great experience, and I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was.
