When I asked them to give me the unit I had a reservation for, they completely ignored me and tried to send me to a different location miles away. The staff on-site was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a district manager to resolve the lie, they refused to help. To make matters worse, it took 3 days just to get my refund back. They lure you in with fake prices, take your money, and then leave you stranded with your belongings and no unit. Then this crappy bunch bought out the old folks. I immediately call them to set up automatic payments. NOPE. I have to bring in precious Trust papers and a death certificate. Are they going to want to keep copies? These papers are none of their business. So I miss a few payments before Christmas. Then they slap you with a $25 late fee. So now I owe about $100. Now I made it through Christmas, I was going to pay the $100 I owed. NOPE. NOW I OWE $200. RIDICULOUS! Frankly an old customer like me gets a $20 break on the cost. They offer a variety of boxes and organizational tools. Storage units are clean and have easy access. One thing: If you rent a van or truck, don't accidentally pack the key. Do what you must to keep tabs on it at all times. They keep no duplicates. You will have to call a locksmith, get Uhaul's approval, and have a specialty key made to the tune of $275. Thank goodness I found it!!! Yet, the staff was still courteous, and put up with my insane rambling (rush project).

Either way I guess that's the customers problem. U-haul corporate was just as stupid when I tried to explain that their truck gets less than a 1/2 gallon per mile and they were equally as bad and uncooperative. This place sucks!
