Hiring Annette was absolutely the right decision! I wasn't sure exactly how a professional…read moreorganizer worked, but I knew I needed help. Annette made it so easy. She explained the process and answered all of my questions along the way. I wanted more than a refresh of closets and shelves. I wanted my whole house organized, starting in the attic and moving through the garage and the basement. I knew after the first session that I had hired the right person. Annette and her team have a really efficient system and were so supportive. They made quick work of what I found super overwhelming. In the end, my attic is EMPTY! My basement has storage space to spare and the laundry room is now a laundry room and not an overflow of random items that don't have a home. Everything I need is neatly categorized and labeled in our garage in the correct types of containers. Decorating for the holidays was easier than ever this year. Annette is a true professional. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and honestly, an organizational genius. Her prices were very reasonable and she was worth every penny!

Which is why I am here: to yell my praises from digital mountain tops! I was (very generously) gifted an early Christmas present from my mom of a full day/organizing session with M2O... AND IT WAS THE BEST GIFT I EVER RECEIVED! It is truly the gift that keeps on giving. **Hint hint, people- Christmas is less than 3 weeks away, if you are struggling for ideas. ;-) Schae and Britney were spectacular! They rolled into my place like two boss ladies ready to get down to business (but not in a scary way lol)! They put on a fun playlist and took charge, which is what I like and needed. They let me help (obviously not required, but desired on my part to learn) and taught me helpful tips and tricks along the way to maintain the organization. Best of all, they knew how to prioritize my projects in the order that made most sense, and maximized efficiency and my time with them. Not a minute wasted and no stone (aka leftover crap I didn't need anymore) left unturned! AND, like, how helpful and convenient it is that they haul away as many donations for you as they can when they leave?! At the end of the day (literally), I had the best nights sleep that I'd had in years, knowing that there was (finally!) a place for everything and everything in its place. Not only did M2O grant me peace of mind, they motivated me to keep going and see what I can accomplish on my own with what I learned from them. And the productivity levels on all the DIY projects I've set aside over the years are through the roof! My home is, now, finally the way I want and need it to be- it is first and foremost, my sanctuary. Thanks to M2O! But don't worry, I would never claim to be a 'Master Organizer' like them though- there are still some projects that seem just too overwhelming to undertake myself...like where do I even start?! There was no way we could have unpacked and organized our kitchen and bathrooms over the next few weeks, which is what their team excelled to do in less than a day. Mackenzie was very responsive starting from original quote to appointment day. Because of this they came fully prepared and we feel every minute they used here was optimized to the fullest. It's our first time using this kind of service and Mackenzie, Chloe, Brittany, Mary and Melanie have officially spoiled us for all moves to come. Our home brings us so much joy now.

Smooth moving experience!…read more Initial contact: There's an easy to use online portal where you can input your inventory and details, sign your contract, etc. The team is also very communicative via text. All the communication is rapid, clear, and convenient. Price: on par with other professional moving companies in the area. Move experience: Seamless. The movers called to say they'd be a few minutes late because of truck issues, but they more than made up for that time by working quickly. They sent 5-6 people to help with our huge move (finally, a company that understands how to staff large moves!), were prepared to handle some very heavy and oddly shaped items, and were extremely proactive and patient with helping me figure out where to put some furniture in smaller spaces in my new house. Vibes: The movers treated our items with care, treated our home with respect, and were still incredibly fast with making the move. I mainly communicated with the manager of the crew, who knew his stuff, was professional, and was patient with my questions and concerns. Overall: great experience (as great as the misery of moving can be, and I've already hired them for a second time for another move!

Used the service I am missing 1 wardrobe box plus they damaged my bedroom set which they packed and…read morebroke my desktop computer which they also packed. When I called them about my missing box plus the computer and bedroom set all they said we are insured up to $0.60 a pound. I told them I think that's the price of watermelon and I never heard back from them and when I call they just ignore me. Stay far away they seem nice until there is a problem
