The location is good, but I'm not a fan of overcrowded Strongsville in general. I wish we had one of these closer to home. I'm so glad I looked into it because from the moment she found out about the class, excitement took over. We arrived a little early at the class that was scheduled to start at 6 PM. The hours of the facility vary and the building may be closed until closer to the class time. The store front is located in a strip mall, so it's easy to find things to do to kill time until the Academy opens. Once opened, the staff were extremely nice and receptive. I chose to enroll my daughter in to the senior class. This would make her the youngest in the class although I thought it would be best because she has cooking skills. Parents are encouraged to leave once the youngsters are settled in. I came back to pick up about two hours later and to see what creations she made. Much to my delight, all of the kids were sitting at the table together eating. On this particular night, they made chicken, cheese, and broccoli turnovers with a strawberry pie for dessert. Everything looked amazing and the kids were happily eating away! My child had a blast and is so excited to return for the next class. This is a great idea for a present especially when looking for an activity to do. Highly recommend! Can't say enough about the wonderful staff!
