    Chicken pad Thai

Best Thai food in butler county. Service is always excellent. Ambiance is very tasteful. Can't pass up chicken pad Thai. Number three for spices just right. Had the cream cheese wontons. Nice and light. Sauces were excellent.

4 of us dined at Siam Bangkok and we all loved it! . Restaurant was spacious , clean and well laid out . Servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu . It was a Friday night and they were packed and seemed a bit short staffed , but we didn't mind the wait the food was well worth it. We agreed we can't wait to go back and try other dishes as everything was delicious . The liquor store is right next door , so very convenient to pick up a bottle of wine as they don't have a liquor license . We ordered For appetizers : Kanoom jeeb steamed Spring rolls Main dishes : Pad Eggplant with shrimp pad garlic chicken pad cashew nut chicken Pad basil chicken You have the option of spice level 1-5 We ordered 2 and it wasn't spicy to us , so next time I will go for at least a 3 if not 4 Definitely a great addition to Harmony/Zelie area!

    Birthday Sundae

Large food selection, fair prices, fast and courteous service, but we never felt rushed. It was a birthday celebration too. I was surprised with an ice cream Sunday, a festive sparkling electronic "Happy Birthday" sign and a fun birthday song. We'll be going back!

Excellent food and great service. I will definitely be back. Me and my mom went there today for the first time. Very clean and nice atmosphere. The food was excellent and the prices were affordable. Big portions. Our waitress was so nice and friendly.

How not to run a restaurant, item should have been removed.

The service was friendly when I originally walked in. It was all down hill from there. When the first server pleasantly greeted me at the table I asked if the dishes were sweet. She said some of them, due to the customer base in the area. I explained that I was accustomed to authentic Thai and Laotian food that does not have excessive added sugar. She said that she also doesn't like Thai food like that. After we were in agreement of this, I did not expect a glass noodle salad to taste like a full cup of sugar was added to the dish. The server offered extra limes to add to cut the sweetness but lime doesn't remove sugar. At this point it tasted like extra sweet limeade was poured over a perfectly good glass noodle salad. Needless to say, it was awful. The server asked if I would like something less sweet instead. I took the gyoza. They were ok. When I received my bill the salad was not removed. The "best they could do was a 20% discount". This is unacceptable. Maybe the locals don't know or care what Thai food is supposed to taste like but I won't be returning and neither will anyone else that I know. My Thai and Laotian friends would be disappointed.

Food was amazing as always! This is a restaurant you will NOT want to pass up. Our server Anya was very kind and got everything right for us. Definitely a welcoming environment and perfect place to take friends or family!

We went for the food but our service was outstanding. We've ordered take out a few times & it's always great. Finally went in to eat & the gold walls are the *extra* I appreciate. We happened to be the only ones there on a Thursday night 30 minutes before closing but they were so gracious saying they'd stay open just for us even if they were already closed. We had 2-3 servers delivering food as it became ready. Provided great recommendations including the coconut pudding dessert-- my husband would have never order this but really enjoyed it. Pineapple curry, pineapple fried rice, pad tai are our regular orders so far. Tried the salmon teriyaki tonight & it to was delicious. Our servers were chatty & quite funny. Then gave us a big goodbye sendoff at the end. Such a sweet & unexpected dining experience. Will definitely continue coming back! Wonderful addition to the area!!!

The food was ok, and the prices were high for what you got. This may improve over time, but we will have to wait and see.

This is not a high-rent location on a gentrified main street, and many folks would drive right by based on appearances. It also wasn't very busy, and that's a shame, because Tewada is absolutely fantastic. We were met by two very down-to-earth ladies enjoying a smoke break out front, and we knew right away that they were going to take good care of us. Our server was a sweetheart and a real character...we love to meet people like her. The place is not big, but it's well-worn and very cozy, and also super festive with all of the cute Easter decorations. We started with an order of fried dumplings, and they were very tasty, presented with care, and were obviously homemade. My wife then ordered a boba tea that she really enjoyed. For entrees we both went with a curry dish. My wife ordered the red curry noodles with shrimp, and she was very happy. She is not big on spicey food and went with the lowest level of spice - she chose 3 on the (kind of odd) 3-10 scale. Although it did have a small kick to it, you should not be scared if you too don't like hot and spicy food. I picked the massaman curry with chicken at 7 on the spice scale. I can't say enough about how much I liked the dish...fantastic! And speaking as someone who does like spicy food, a 7 is about as much as I would recommend for the typical American pallet. It was HOT, but still flavorful and enjoyable. Is this place fancy? No. However, the food was authentic, homemade, and not something you'll find very often. We watched as several locals came in for take-out or just boba for the kids, and it was clear from the long conversations that this place is valued in the community. We left with a smile, talked about it all afternoon, and will definitely be back. A solid 5!

Ever…read moresince I ate at Tewada Thai, I have compared every other Thai restaurant to their excellence. So far, the food here was the most authentic and the most delicious I've had. The food came out hot and the server made me feel like I was in their home dining room. My favorite dishes were the drunken noodles with beef and tofu, spicy level 7/10 and Somtom (Papaya Salad). I also highly recommend the pumpkin custard, it melts in your mouth! We also ordered the crispy fried whole pompano with garlic in advance, it was out of this world delicious with the special Thai sauce on the side. Who would've thought there would be authentic and delicious Thai food in Butler, Pennsylvania?

Weird experience…read more Stopped in to get dinner to try this place. It was a quiet atmosphere, maybe 1-2 other tables at a time seated out of maybe 15, everything was clean. We ordered the shrimp and cheese rolls, those were great, and then ordered our food. I got the beef massaman curry add chicken, my wife got the chicken pad Thai and added mixed vegetables. Our food came SUPER fast, like we shared the 3 shrimp rolls and our food was there. My wife said her food was bland, and I thought my food was very bland. The curry was flavorful, but thin, and the meats and veggies in the curry had been cooked (boiled maybe?) separately without any seasoning or flavor and dumped into the bowl and had the curry poured on top. The large chunks of potato didn't have nearly enough time to marinate, the beef tasted like nothing and was cooked in a way I couldn't clearly identify, and the chicken was too. After 10 minutes of eating, the food quality improved a lot. It had time to actually cook together in my bowl, and basically cooked properly 10 minutes after they served it to me. When I mentioned this to our server, I was told two things. 'The boos is cooking, and he's not very good. Also, we rush things out to keep up with our pace for carry out orders. We do almost all take out orders, we dont really have people dine in much. I would never order curry in, I would always get it to go, it is much better' What a wild thing to say. Might get to go from here, but if you don't care about people's dine in experience, then just close the dine in portion? Very confused. It's honestly disappointing because if we had ordered to go and it had cooked in the containers on the way home it probably would have been like a 7/10 or better.
