This place is a jewel in Clovis! I am here on business and visited with a local. I had the pad Thai and potstickers. The potstickers were best I have had and the Pad Thai was delicious. I asked for medium heat and they did it perfectly. The service was amazing-they came to the table and served well but weren't obtrusive. The restaurant is decorated classy and the music playing is relaxing and fun. I highly recommend stopping here if you like Thai food. read more

Really surprised to find this place, it was excellent. I ordered the Yellow curry and added fried tofu. That's my favorite way to have tofu. The curry comes with potatoes, bell pepper, and onions. It had some spice to it so be ready it you ask for it. Service was a bit slow for our table of 5. But food came out hot and fresh. read more

We went to Siam on Thanksgiving afternoon on our way through town. We had the yellow curry, the red curry (spicy), fried rice, drunken noodles, and sesame chicken. All of it was amazing and we will definitely go back if we are in town. The staff was extremely nice and came out to talk to the table and gave us a special treat after dinner. The restaurant is enticing and inviting from the Lucky bamboo, to the friendliness of the staff. The goal is to please the customer and they make every attempt to do so. I had a cucumber salad and the pad broccoli and both were extremely delicious and expertly prepared. The chicken in the pad broccoli was extremely tender and tasty and the broccoli and carrots were a nice pairing. The cucumber salad had julienne carrots and diced onions in addition to the sliced cucumber. The sweet vinegar dressing pulled all the tastes together and topped it nicely. We dined at Siam Bistro July 14th after a long drive. We waited about 30 minutes before a server took our food order, though a waiter had brought our drinks shortly after we were seated. I ordered vegetable Pad Thai medium spicey and my wife ordered the Panang Curry with minimal spice. Her curry was too spicey for her to eat and my Pad Thai had no spice whatsoever, so we traded meals. The food quality was very good, though quantity was a bit light. Based on the menu's listed prices, I had calculated our dinner would be around $37 plus tax and tip. The bill we received was for $46.07 including tax. Both of our entrees were $2 higher than the advertised price, plus there was a $1.77 "convenience fee" if we chose to pay by credit card. I added a $6.93 tip bringing our total to $53.00 without noticing how much extra we had already been charged. The final insult occured when I checked my credit card and found they had charged $56.00 to my card. When I called about it, the owner said the extra $3.00 was for the steamed rice that was not included in the charge for the curry. Consequently, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who doesn't like to be overcharged. This experience has made me appreciate our local Thai Cuisine restaurant for it good food and reasonable prices. read more

The service was excruciatingly slow (from waiting to give my order, food arrival, waiting for bill) - there were never more than 3 other tables with diners. I ordered the Shrimps in Blankets appetizer, Tom KA Soup and 2 Thai Iced Teas - the bill was $44.00. I waited forever for my bill and finally walked up to the counter to pay.
