We went on a whim to try it out bc we live nearby. The restaurant was super casual and is located in a little strip mall. But the food was really delicious. I got Ke Moa & it was awesome. My husband got pad Thai and it was delicious but a bit too spicy. I'd say ask for mild bc you can add spice . The service was great. They are really nice and one guy even made a funny joke. It was nice and really relaxed.

First time here and we will be back! Delicious and great staff! Food is fresh, authentic and has a great level of spice.

I went with my friends on Wednesday night and we ordered the combo sets which is the new menu. The combos set are so authentic and delicious especially the fried eggs make me memories that I had street food when I'm traveled in Thailand last years. Thank you to everyone who work in the Siam Smiles, you all are awesome!

Solid four stars! Went there for lunch, the owners are so friendly making sure you have anything you need. I ordered the chicken with red curry, it was really delicious. They gave me spring roll on the side accompanied by rice and I enjoyed every bit of it, I will definitely be back.

Our first visit to Siam Smiles was this evening. I'm so glad we had dinner here. It's such a cute place! Has a nice vibe for a lunch, dinner or date night. The service was also great. Seems to be a family business and we had a nice conversation with the owner as well. He came out to greet us and ask if we enjoyed our visit. Absolutely!!! We had unsweetened ice tea, duck buns, shrimp roll, crispy chicken pad Thai and pad khing. All highly recommended!!! Don't wait stop by this local spot! The owner we spoke with has been with the business for 1 year. When we went for an early Sunday dinner each and every table was filled with happy customers before we left. Also the take out was moving from that kitchen! Everything we had was hot, fresh and tasty.

Siam Smiles can easily be missed as it is a small restaurant in a small shopping center. The location does not seem to stop them because they get countless online orders and have plenty of waves of dine in patrons. The food is good and enjoyed everything I ate. The vegetable spring rolls were good and the best ones I've had compared to other Thai places in the area. I also tried a papaya salad for the first time and I enjoyed it. I also tried the drunken noodles and pad thai. Both were good but the mild spice has a tiny kick to eat which at times distracted from the culinary experience. I will be coming back.

Really good Thai food. I came here on a Sunday and it was very quiet. It's important to note that they close for lunch around 1:30. The food tends to be on the spicier side so I think it's best to play it safe and order mild and then ask for extra spice on the side. The service was great.

    THAI ICE TEA DELICIOUS!!!!

I highly recommend the New Orleans roll - yum! We got our usual noodles and sushi. Our kids enjoyed their plain food but me & my husband loved the variation of rolls we ordered. The place is your average restaurant, nothing special & when you first walk in there's an interesting smell that we quickly got used to. It wasn't anything that would give you a headache, something like old food and cleaning products but faint-ish. Nothing that would stop me from coming back. We really like coming here when we're in the area which is rare but we love the vibe.

My girlfriend and I tried their general tso's chicken, sesame chicken, and beef lo mein. We really enjoyed all 3 of these dishes. General Tso's was my favorite of them all, just because I enjoy some spice to my sauces. But everything was really good here. Awesome flavors. And their prices are very reasonable. You get a large amount of food for a lunch special. I was very satisfied with everything here. I will be coming back for sure.

The place was nice, quaint with your typical Japanese Restaurant flare. Not pretentious. Comfortable and seemingly spacious enough for 6 people. The food was very good. I had the Chirashi Sashimi and the fish was fresh. Didn't feel like it was frozen for days. My wife and son enjoyed the Steak Teriyaki Bento Box, My other son found his Sushi Roll very satisfying. Even my daughter, who is very picky, like her Chicken Katsu. I also had the Tokyo IPA. It was surprisingly good! It didn't have that tiresome bitter IPA taste. I was delightfully refreshing. This place is definitely worth visiting. I should really explore the back roads of my area more and not just go up-and-down Route 9 or 18 or trekking to NYC. There could be more hidden gems that I haven't discovered.

The bar honestly wasn't high, but this was probably the best dining experience I've had in Keyport,…read moreor close to it. I came here this past Saturday for an early dinner with the Millennial Chum and Co. I've driven or walked by this place a bunch of times, and I've always liked the exterior - it reminds me of an NYC Irish bar, if that makes sense. Not what I'd expect from a sushi establishment. I will say as a caveat that it IS smaller inside than I expected; it's basically one narrow corridor, so as a result it doesn't really have an opportunity to flex its interior design muscles too much. Not really a negative per se, and not something I think they can really do much about unless they move somewhere else with more square footage to play around with. I was a little apprehensive when I looked at the menu and saw they were boasting multiple Asian genres, including the aforementioned sushi but also some Thai, Chinese and Korean. (No, I didn't realize it was Asian fusion, which would have immediately explained this.) In my experience, having TOO varied of a menu can blow up in a restaurant's face, but regardless I came to try the sushi and went right to the special rolls. I opted for the Lover Roll and the Volcano Roll. The Volcano was okay for the most part - this was on me, but I didn't realize it had jalapeno in it, which is clearly referenced in the menu. I don't mind it from a taste perspective, but I hate the crunchy texture in a sushi roll (same with cucumber, which is a sushi dealbreaker for me). It was very easy to remove, and otherwise a perfectly fine roll. I think presentation value-wise it could use something since it basically looks like a pile of sawdust with the lobster salad on top, but it didn't diminish the taste. The Lover is excellent, and I wasn't too surprised to catch multiple sightings of it on other plates as we were walking out. The optics on that one were very unique, a bifurcated heart shape with a heavy dose of predictable pinks and reds. I hadn't really thought about it until now, but my sushi taste tends to go pretty savory with an emphasis on spicy tunas and wasabi mayo, that kind of thing. This is definitely on the sweeter side, which I'm assuming is primarily because of the honey. Regardless, it pairs really well with the rest of the ingredients. One of the better new sushi rolls I've tried recently, and it doesn't seem like I'm in the minority on that one. The service was very good; the Millennial Chum has been here before and said she'd had some issues on prior visits. Thankfully not a problem on this particular adventure - everyone had plans later in the evening and we were able to get in and out of here pretty quickly, probably within 40, 45 minutes or so. The price point wasn't bad either. Admittedly I'm used to being gauged on the regular in Midtown Manhattan, but special rolls being around $15 are a treat in and of itself. I'm not going to say that this is mouth-droppingly amazing sushi, but I think you have to grade on a slight curve in this area - Monmouth is pretty much a barren wasteland when it comes to its gastro offerings so when you find something decent, it's worth noting. Nemo is worth noting.

Still the absolute best. I love that you can get sushi and a variety of so many wonderful dinners…read more In the summer there are fabulous views sitting on the deck looking at the water.
