My first time here I ordered chicken pad thai to go (yaaa boring I know). It was wonderful, and perfectly spicy! The gal had it out to me in about 5 minutes hot and fresh. I had the basil stir with chicken. Everything was fresh, and they omitted the broccoli at my request. I told him I like to taste the other flavors and he suggested medium spice, which was just right , maybe a bit too mild. I liked that it had whole pieces of chicken, (the Thai place I like in Portland uses ground chicken for this dish). Not as good as the Chinese place in Portland but it went downhill and this dish is no longer offered. A bit off the freeway, and yelp directions were a bit confusing, telling me to do a u-turn before I made a left turn that they really wanted me to make etc. Very good for Longview. read more

I went for lunch today at 12:15 and it wasn't busy! Waiters were very attentive and friendly! I ordered the Saim ramen hot with chicken and pot stickers with an ice tea. Pot stickers were fabulous, the Saim ramen was not hot but still very delicious and the tea was sweetened without me wanting it sweetened! I checked out the menu before going! Was excited to see ginger onion crab on the menu to find out it wasn't on the menu anymore?! I was bummed! Overall, I would go back again! Excellent customer service and great food! Stopped by here after a strong hankering for Thai while traveling from Seattle to Portland. Had to drive a few miles off my path only to show up after they closed. The gracious owner offered to make my meal 'to go' even though they were already closed! Yes!!! The atmosphere was ok... you can tell they are trying which is good. The food was awesome!!!!! We were very happy and satisfied. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly and to our spice specification. The spring rolls were delicious. The Siam Rama was great. Very peanuty. The seafood was delicious and not overcooked. I highly recommend the fresh ginger stir Fry. It was very very gingery, but I would ask to add a little Thai basil (I stole some off my boyfriend's duck curry and it really made it pop). I wasn't impressed at all. I've eaten at countless Thai restaurants. Portions were on the smaller side and mediocre at best. The phad thai was a blandish, slop of noodles, mainly all stuck together, in lots of liquid. The meat in the dish was quite tough. The owner or gentleman who took our order wasn't particularly friendly either. It seems that if customers think so highly of this place they've either never had Thai food or good, quality Thai food. read more

Tried to go to nearby Greek place, but they close at 4pm. This place is 2 doors down and glad that I checked it out. Husband serves in front and wife cooks...truly a family business. Flavors are delicious! The first time I went I got Pad Thai ( which was very very spicy for a mild order), and the Siam Basil with Chicken (so good). I went back recently for the Siam Basil, and though it was very tasty, but it did not come with steamed rice like it had the first time. Our food was very good. We started with the pot stickers and they were great. I had the Pad Thai, which was delicious, but had green onions even though I asked for none. Hands down, the best restaurant in Longview/Kelso. Their produce is extremely fresh, their food is perfectly seasoned, and the service is warm and inviting. As a result of their feature in the Daily News, they were offering a more limited menu, however, Bee took the time to offer us a few items that weren't listed on the menu and brought out complimentary appetizers. We tried the Basil Fried Rice (the true standout), Pad Thai, Siam Rama Stir-fry, and Evil Jungle Noodles (from Bee's secret menu).
