I feel even more compelled now to try the NYC location for comparison! This wasn't a bad pizza by any stretch but not something I would ever pick over my favorite NYC standouts.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Roman's Pizza. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff came across as rude and unfriendly, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. Customer service is a big part of any dining experience, and unfortunately, it was seriously lacking here. One of the biggest inconveniences is that the restaurant only accepts cash. This isn't clearly communicated ahead of time, and in today's world, it feels outdated and frustrating for customers who expect to pay with card or digital options. As for the food, it did not live up to expectations at all. The quality was poor, and it didn't taste fresh. On top of that, the wait time was extremely long, even though the place wasn't particularly busy. It felt like there was no sense of urgency or organization behind the counter. Overall, between the rude staff, long wait times, cash-only policy, and disappointing food, I would not recommend Roman's Pizza. There are plenty of other places that offer much better service and quality for your money. read more

Ordered a pie for delivery. Was told 45 mins. An hour an half later we call in and all they have to say is, it will be there soon. I drive to the place and the pie is just sitting there waiting for delivery guy (almost 2 hours later). After all this they don't even have the professional courtesy to offer a discount (should be free at this point). This is not the first time this has happened, bit it will be the last. I Will never order from this hole in the wall again. ps, all staff (including the ones that handle money) handle food products without gloves. Disgusting! read more

I placed a pick up order for two pizzas (a) a peperoni and (b) extra cheese. we arrived at the restaurant 35 minutes after placing the order. The location is not an attractive restaurant. It is more of a neighborhood dive. The Pizza and the service used to be great. Unfortunately, it took an additional 15 minutes to get my Pizzas and that is after 35 minutes from ordering. Roman's in Miami Springs us one of my favorites. The pizza is really good and the garlic rolls are amazing. This place is famous among Miami Springs locals, so outsiders may not be very familiar with it - but if you really like pizza, you owe it to yourself to take the trip and pay Roman a visit. read more
