I first texted him pictures of the broken ring that is part of an intricate 7 interlocking puzzle ring. He replied he can do it and asked me to drop by. My son is in the Navy and is being reassigned. He needed an engagement ring fast since it takes a good 6 months for paperwork to be processed after you are married. We looked up jewelers in Seattle and went ring shopping. Raffi was excellent to work with, very kind and patient. He also was quick to return calls to answer some of our questions. The ring turned out gorgeous and the turnaround was very quick. We were quoted 6-10 weeks at another jeweler and Raffi had it done in 1 /12 weeks. In addition I really love Siamonto's website. Came in here two separate times to get watch batteries replace and both times I had pleasant experiences. The first time was a few months ago, there was another couple in the small shop, but he got to me promptly, replace my watch battery, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Today I walked in and asked the nice man to replace my boyfriend's watch battery and if he had any suggestions about what to do about all the scratches on the Armani watch. He said the face was crystal, and you'd need to replace it, and it would cost around $40-50. Told him I wasn't sure it was worth it and just has the battery replaced.
