Even you seem to agree in your response that it would make no sense to clean something someone is trying to sell - which is exactly why being told I had to pay for it was so shocking. This has nothing to do with being unhappy about a lower offer. I went to another establishment the same day and received a significantly different experience and pricing without any surprise services or pressure tactics. I have no reason to fabricate what happened. I simply shared my honest experience so others can make informed decisions.

I had the worst experience after getting my engagement ring from an online "bespoke" jeweler, and Graham Jewelers fixed it for a very reasonable price and I haven't had a single issue since.
