Where to eat when you are craving pizza and eggplant Parmesan? Sicilian Oven! Went with friends for dinner. Started with the garlic, rosemary bread and a large Sicilian salad. The bread was so fresh and garlicky. The salad was perfect. And shared a large boss pizza and a large queen of Sicily pizza. Basically it's eggplant Parmesan on a pizza. So yummy. My first visit here. Best eggplant Parmigiana in Florida! I've been searching for years because this is my favorite southern Italian dish. So many restaurants have gone the way of using frozen, food Service packaged eggplant and I can taste this a mile away. Absolutely homemade fantastic eggplant! The Sicilian salad was also fabulous. Loved the dressing. Next time I will ask for them to serve it in a larger bowl so we can toss it with all the add-ons they put on top like walnuts, chickpeas, olives, tomatoes, and cucumbers before serving. My friend had the spaghetti with garlic and oil which I don't even think was on the menu, but they prepared for him and he said it was delicious. Everything from the food, service , atmosphere is right on ! The salad is a must to have with what ever you order, already dressed with perfect amount of dressing. So much different goodies is on it ! They have different specials for happy hour to ck out . This time I had the mussels, plenty and perfect sized. Honey always gets his pepperoni pizza and can almost eat all by himself. Staff is attentive, its open door/ wall is open when weather is nice out. Ordered via DoorDash and received a thoroughly burnt pizza. The crust and bottom was black and burnt. I called and thankfully they offered a replacement but I had to come get it defeating my original doordash intention. The store should check the pizza before the delivery driver comes. Its hard to give more than 3 stars and reason is the service. Sitting at the bar and being completely ignored is not a place I want to spend my money. Would be understandable if it was busy however I was 1 of 5 customers then bar tender proceeded to greet another customer who just sat giving a menu and a beer. I'll go somewhere else. Again, I went to Sicilian oven. This time I was in Pga Palm Beach. Of course don't let the destination fool you the ambience. The food in the service were perfect. We sat at the bar and our bartender to very good care of us. The girl was so good. She was taking care of the entire Restaurant almost her and another lady. Management was friendly of course the food let's get on with it we ordered wings baked in the oven with onions and olive oil. Wow they were amazing. We also ordered the thin style pizza I believe it's called a New Yorker or it has another name but it's still with a special sausage wow it was really good. Also not too thick so it's light so you can have a couple of pieces even more like I did. Good sauce and good ingredients perfectly cooked. I love this place. Definitely will come back. The restaurant is in a shopping plaza off of Pgh blvd . Plenty of parking. As I walk in I was greeted by Avva and said she was our waitress and walked us to a booth. . I have to say while I walking to my booth I could see the open view to the huge wood burning ovens and a couple of chefs preparing meals the aroma was a slight scent of pizza and garlic . The walls are red and black with pictures of Italian sayings and music playing very nice dim lights and a relax atmosphere. We got to our table and we order our drinks and looked at the menu no garlic rolls but we ordered the garlic rosemary bread.. I ordered the soup and salad lunch special that was pasta fazool soup and Sicilian salad and my 10 inch pizza was the blanco pizza a blend of Parmesan cheese and ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese thin crust my husband order the pasta fazool soup and the pizza 10 inch the captain which is pepperoni and sausage, meatballs thin crust. The bread came out first this was a little different than garlic rolls I loved the soft airy bread and extra olive oil on side with whole garlic pieces was very good and then our soups came out and this restaurant serves big portions of food you will not go home hungry the soup was amazing I loved the fresh ingredients and the aroma of the soup was intoxicating I had to stop because I had a salad and a pizza coming out next the salad the homemade dressing I was addicted to I asked for more of that homemade dressing ... yum!! the salad was incredible delicious and I couldn't finish it my pizza came out and the cheese was still bubbling on my pizza I had to ask the waitress to box my soup and salad , I took one slice of my pizza the blanco and you could taste the wood firing crust on the bottom very thin sourdough crust I was in love I had one slice and box the rest up I was stuffed ..my husband was stuff just after the soup he enjoyed one slice of his pizza with the meats on top of his was like a meat lovers and the cheese on the pizza was delicious brought us back to New York authentic Italian food I could not fit in dessert .The waitress was very friendly and very helpful in ordering and very attentive to our needs at the table . Hats off to the chef our first time here and we loved the whole vibe and the food was amazing delicious. Chefs kiss !! I do wanna say the mgr Frank did come to our table and as first timers at the restaurant they give you a card to come back to try free dessert . The was very nice . My sisters and I had a really good experience at Sicilian Oven on PGA Blvd. today. The food was excellent and we could actually hear each other talk! So many restaurants are too noisy, but here the folks were spread out enough to have private conversations. Our server, Alex, was charming and so helpful. I had the eggplant Parmigiana, very good, while my sisters had pizzas. Now I need to go back for a pizza. The atmosphere was friendly and laid back and we never felt pushed to hurry..so we relaxed and enjoyed the food and the company. read more

A really nice spot for delicious meal! I have visited for lunch and dinner. Food always hot and fresh! Tonight was quick dinner: meatballs, rosemary loaf and a pizza. Everything came out fairly quick very flavorful and delicious! I usually get the Sicilian salad which I highly recommend but we went for meatballs that were so soft just melted in your mouth! All specialty pizzas are unique with a cool name not your ordinary Italian restaurant and it never disappoints! Service is great everyone chips in to help even the management are clearing tables! From what I've learned, Sicilian Oven is a chain of Italian American restaurants in South Florida, renowned for its wood-fired pizzas and a variety of dishes like pasta, salads, and meatballs. Our party shared a large Sicilian salad and a large pizza. The salad was very good and lavorful. We ordered a classic pizza, half with pepperoni. We had the side without the peperoni, and it was just okay, not very flavorful. We plan to try different options on our next visit and then we will decide if their pizza is as good as advertised. 1ST Impression: Excellent!!!! We had the Sicilian salad and The Corleone pizza. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing. We sat at the bar and had amazing service from Gary. The girl that was behind the bar with him was great too (Sorry I didn't catch her name). 1/2 off bottles of wine on Wednesday's too . The restaurant was clean and open air concept. Used to love Sicilian oven however the last two orders have been disappointing. The toppings have been significantly reduced. The crust has been overcooked once and undercooked another time. I won't be going back for a while. I hope they can go back to the same as they were when opened. read more

Lots of great creations to choose from. One negative was the bolognese sauce on rigatoni as it did not have much flavor. The staff was excellent in responding and took it off our bill as we didn't eat but a few spoonfuls of it. I mention only as a help that they tinker with their recipe because the pizza and Sicilian salad were delicious. We had the Joey D and The Lieutenant pizzas which we liked very much.
