I feel bad for giving 2 stars because the lady who delivered was so sweet. I didn't read reviews before ordering and just went with the fact that another location was so good. I ordered through Uber Eats and just like the other reviews my order was late, but only by 15 minutes, not hours. The lady informed me to call next time and not to use a delivery service so that's why people have been having issues. I apologized. The biggest problem I had was that the pizza didn't taste that good. It was well made like I was craving but I feel like the sausage doesn't taste fresh. I should of gone with my instincts when I read the reviews! Placed my order at 10:27 AM and I know the open at 11:00 AM so I wanted and needed the food here on time. Well it's now 11:59 AM and no food yet. I called the store and the guy blew me off talking about he just left and should be there in 10-15 minutes when the food was scheduled for delivery between 11:20-11:40 AM. And again it's noon now and no food. The guest have now left and will be stuck with the food. I am 1.6 miles away (6-7 minutes away) it shouldn't of taken this long! Don't waste your time or money. My order from Sicily Pizza & Pasta (via Door Dash) never showed up. No delivery at my door (no knock either), no delivery at my apartment's front desk (no call or text either). Just a fake 'delivered' notification. The absolute worst part is that the restaurant is completely unreachable. Their phone number is a dead end. Recommended? This is a scam. I have NO FOOD and no way to get reach the merchant. Thanks to YelpEat24, I found this place when I was craving something warm and not fast fried food. I placed my order, paid, and showed up. My order was ready and exactly as requested. Instead of pizza, I went for a Gyro sans onions. It was perfect. Warm pita, perfectly done meat, no onions, and perfect amount of sauce. My tummy was happy - it felt rewarded! The place itself is tiny with maybe four tables. I'm glad I didn't stay to eat; it would have been awkward. This is by far my favorite pizzeria. Their pizza is absolutely amazing and is always fresh and flavorful. Their ravioli is a must try for those who love ravioli. One thing I love about Sicily's is that you can fully customize the pizza rolls. When I lived in stafford this was my go to for pizza. I order a large half shrimp and half jalapeño. I didn't think they'd let me since it was a free pizza and only a one topping, but they did. First trip here was pleasant. Came after lunch hours so it was slow. Young guy up front was friendly and helped me decide on what to get. Since I walked in and ordered it was gimme take 10-15 mins so I told the guy I'd wait in my truck so I could handle some work. He said he'd being it out to me, very nice of him. So out comes my calzone and I go eat it and boy was I surprised. This puts any other calzone (and most pizzas) I've ever had to shame. For a little over 7 bucks I get a small 2 topping (pepperoni and sausage) calzone and a bottle of water. The small is plenty big for 1 person, I'm a pretty big guy and I was rather hungry but I'm very full now. Inside along with my toppings was I'm guessing their pizza sauce, mozzarella, and tons of silky ricotta cheese. Also came with a little cup of marinera on the side. NEVER AGAIN! One star goes to the Diet Coke I ordered. It was the only good thing about this place. I ordered from here online at Eat 24 and saw my delivery time was 45-65 minutes. It was raining at my job so the wait was no biggie. Until, 65 minutes passed. I called two times with no help. They didn't know what was going on and I guess they don't have their drivers #. 30 minutes later the driver shows up. She was not apologetic as she didn't see a problem with her arrival time. We open the bag of pasta (Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo) only to find that it slid to one side and a lot of sauce got all over the inside of the bag. Worse part was the plastic lid was melted into the pasta. We were so hungry we did try it and Wow, Garlic overload! The chicken must come from a can. It was so gross. Lets move on to the Pizza (Deluxe Pizza). Two slices were burnt and all the outer crust was as hard as a rock. I could literally knock on the table with it. The middle was soggy and it was all lukewarm. We tried to eat it too, again we are starving, but I could not get over how soggy it was and I was not about to bite the hard crust and lose a tooth! The chocolate chip cookie we ordered was the type you can find in a vending machine. Really?! You make everything else but your own homemade cookies. We have been Ordering Pizza from Scilly's for about 8 years. My husband is very particular and is Italian and owned 3 Omelet Shop Restaurants. BOB was Msnager on Duty this evening July 18, 2019. My husband likes ALL his food very Well made. He picked the Pizza up and & had Bob the Manager remake his to his Perfect Liking. The Manager was very Patient & Remade The Pizza with extra sauce and fixed the Crust as my Husband Joe Instructed. Many Managers would have gotten very mad and fed up The Pizza at Scilly's is always delicious and I love their Greek Salad. Had a large pizza with jalapeño on one half and shrimp on the other. I typically don't experiment with my pizza toppings so was pretty hesitant about the shrimp, however, it was very well done. On a lazy Monday I ordered delivery because I REALLY wanted pizza shop pasta (I'm from NYC) and a calzone and garlic bread. I didn't have high hopes and I resigned to whatever was coming from this place I'd never ordered from. To my pleasant surprise it was actually really good! Eggplant Parmigiana- 4/5...Very pizza shop pasta-y. Like super fried eggplant and spaghetti with a ton of cheese and pasta sauce. Comes with garlic bread that was okay. I'd definitely get this again. Calzone- 3/5...I added spinach and fresh garlic. The bread itself was very garlicky which I loveddddd. I got a small but it was NOT small lol. They add ricotta to the mozzarella and I loved that! I'm not asking you to kiss my hand or my pinky ring but you will lick your fingers after you get a taste of this place. My review is based on prompt delivery service (1 Star) and for a first time customer I had to get on and start typing this review while it was fresh. First review you might ask, well yes, the food was fresh and the taste was authentic. Although it was fresh it would not be permitted to be eaten in my Maserati The food was piping hot and I almost burned my fingers but they warned me about it. The Chicken Alfredo was worthy of kissing the hand of the chef who made it. The chicken was tasty and tender and I was able to use the plastic utensils that were provided with ease. I also ordered the small margarita pizza and man it just looked amazing. Stoned or not I had to give it 5 stars because the dough was done right and fresh. All the ingredients that came with it were fresh and everything I had imagined plus the garlic bread...were delish. The crust was soft but not soggy and the cheese is gooey and melty (just how i like it) i ordered the meat Amor, which is better than pizza huts meat lovers in my opinion. Food is good but delivery took about 1 hr to come 5 miles from their restaurants -- we ordered after 1pm on Saturday and received our order after 2 pm. The delivery guy had a pizza (not ours) in his bag, so they may wait for more than 1 order before going out. My son got gyro and I got chicken pita. Both were good. Order of fries was just mediocre. This is a smaller chain/local joint that delivers up pizza, pasta and wings. The menu selection is rather extensive for a smaller place and the store is designed for delivery or carry out. I am one who makes my own pizza but on occasion I may not feel like doing that so I do what most everyone else does and order some up. The pizza I have had from here have been decent. The pepperoni is the good ol' greasy kind that you know you love even if you won't admit it. The cheese is good but there's maybe a little too much of it. I LOVE cheese but on pizzas I don't drown it in cheese. They serve up pepperoni rolls (like a pepperoni pizza minus the sauce rolled up) that can be dipped in marinara. The manicotti is pretty good as is the lasagne. The ricotta cheese tastes fresh and the marinara is tasty but tends to be runny/watery sometimes. This place also sells soft drinks but if you want a soft drink it's cheaper to head to the grocery and get a 2 litre. As far as desserts go, the cheesecake and Italian cream cake are both very good. I can't stand people who frequent a place for years then one bad experience and they run to give the place 1 star. Today I join the ranks of those meanies. I have waited 2 weeks to write this review in hopes of getting over it but after trying to give them a 2nd chance & they failed miserably AGAIN-- well... here you are at 1 star review. Food is a solid 3- so easy to call and order when you just don't want to cook at all. The wings are bigger than most places and I love their pizza dough. Sadly, I didn't love it enough to put up with their bi-polar service. There are many details to my complaint but I will sum it up in a nutshell: They failed to deliver my 2liter Coke- I had to call them 4 times, each time getting a different story- lies. It took over 1.5 hours to finally get the freaking drink. They promised me a $10 credit to my account for my inconvenience. I called about a week later to claim my $10 credit & was told by a very rude "manager" Karen- that she would not honor it. During my conversation with her- she hung up on me while I was speaking. Save yourself a headache & alot of frustration- call Pizza Hut or Domino's. Sicily's food is not so amazing you can't take your business elsewhere. For Vincent (owner of this location): I have been your customer for over 6 years- every customer is valuable. You need to retrain your staff on customer service & basic people skills. TL;DR: Pastas taste like frozen cafeteria food. Order their pizzas, stay away from their pastas! I was craving good pasta and I wanted to try everything from Sicily Pizza & Pasta. So, I binge-ordered their Beef Lasagna, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Penne Alfredo, and a Deluxe Pizza (Large 14"). The pastas were just meh. The Spaghetti & Meatballs and their Beef Lasagna were both drowned in tomato sauce. Any morsel of other flavors were masked by the tartness of the tomato sauce. Also, I nearly chipped a tooth while I was eating their Spaghetti & Meatballs. There was a 2mm bone inside one of the meatballs, and I wasn't too happy about that. But that unpleasant experience doesn't affect my rating. The food is actually just meh. The Penne Alfredo was bland and the chicken had little to no moisture left. Even the Alfredo sauce couldn't save the thick and dry chicken pieces. I did enjoy the Deluxe Pizza, apart from the thick and bland crust. Pizza was flavorful and made my experience less miserable. If you're ordering from this restaurant, DO order their pizzas. DON'T buy their pastas. Save your money and buy pasta from the frozen food aisle at HEB or something. read more

The delivery was ok and the guy who delivered to us was really really nice and even brought our entire order upstairs instead of making us carry it. Although he did not speak any English he was very professional and courteous due to language barrier. I ordered the Italian sausage and Canadian bacon Calzone, sounds good right? NOT!
