I got a quote, and then compared it with a few other brake places around town, and Woodhouse was the best price! Plus I had a coupon, so I feel great about my service. They aren't overly pushy or salesy, and give good honest feedback. I will continue to get my service done here.

Jeff the sales manager had the issue taken care of, supposedly. Long story short they are out $21,000 cost of vehicle and repairs. Word is Jeff knew the vehicle had issues and instead of fixing all of them he fixed the minor ones and left the major repairs alone. AVOID Woodside AND Jeff at all costs! No INTEGRITY AT ALL!!

Our service intake person was Annabelle N. She was kind, fast, efficient, and complete in her description of what would be happening to our car and in what order. Later in the day, she called and said that our car was in serious need of an alignment. She described what it would be behaving like since it was in dire need. And she was right! The car was in fact doing all of that stuff!! Long story short, the car was done and ready to go. When we came to pick it up, we settled up. And, then, we had the best conversation about our upcoming trip. Not only is the service here at Woodhouse awesome, but the staff is just THE best! Nicely done, Woodhouse! After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.

So , here we are, a year and a half after Woodhouse toasted the engine of my Ford Explorer…read more Woodhouse never did get back to me, despite several attempts to initiate a conversation on my part. I'vr contacted Ford Motor Company, they were no help. Quart by quart, I've added four cases of oil to my car, until the engine finally failed. My mechanic performed a compression check on the engine and declared the engine dead. I had a shop in town install a used engine in my car with a comparable number of miles to the failed engine at a cost of over $4k. I've given Woodhouse 1 star, only because zero was not an option. My car had no mechanical issues, burned no oil, until I took it there to replace the water pump. There's a reason Woodhouse has under 4 stars. I wish I had checked YELP first.

It was hard to part with the vehicle, although with me getting married here in the coming fall, and then starting a family, it was time to upgrade to a bigger, more roomy, and comfortable car. I started out at the local competitor's dealership; Lexus. To be honest I wasn't impressed as I drove their IS350, which is supposed to be the closest competition to Infiniti. After this I was pretty disappointed, so I searched out for comparable brands and cars and arrived at Infiniti's Q50. Now the difficult part came around, finding the right color car, with all the bells and whistles I wanted. I test drove one initially, that had everything I wanted but the color. So I passed on it. A week later or so I came back and was prepared to offer something for the car regardless of the color, but the car was already gone. So back to step one again. I found one that I wanted down in OKC, but did not really want to drive the 400 miles to go pick it up, and told myself I'd give the local Infiniti of Omaha the opportunity to see if they could come up with the exact car that I wanted. Almost on que, I got a call from Jose; my salesperson, which he told me that they had acquired a car with everything I wanted including the color, the tech package, the wheels, everything. This thing was full loaded. His manager was quick to put a reasonable deal together. So I took the deal! They even worked with me on holding a check until my insurance claim on my previous car cleared. The communication was excellent, and their demeanor was superior in terms of customer service. I highly recommend this team, as well as these vehicles. Couldn't be happier with my Infiniti Q50!!

Cameron was super great to work with, as was all of the staff we have been in contact with since! While bringing our vehicle around front after our final inspection and wash, both Cameron and the service employee noticed something weird happening with the breaks. We ended up buying the vehicle, but leaving it there until Monday when someone in service could take a better look at it. They fixed the issue free of charge, and we were able to pick it up on Tuesday. Then, after driving about only 75 miles, the check engine light came on. We called Cameron and explained what was going on, and he told us to bring it back in. We dropped it off last night and just picked it back up tonight, and after fixing it they didn't charge us a thing. This is a complete 180 from the last dealership we bought a vehicle from, and it is so refreshing! We truly feel like we can trust anyone at Sid Dillon, and will definitely continue to give them our business! They worked with us to make things right, and it is evident they truly care about the happiness of the customer.
