Stacey Coffin and Brianna the best insurance team we could have taking care of all our insurance…read moreneeds for our business. Business liability, workers comp and auto insurance . After being with another company charging much higher rates we were recommended to Stacey, over years ago; she shopped around with her pool of insurances for the best rate and coverage for our business needs and yes her quotes were the most competitive no brainer there. Over the last 4 years we have had questions on different scenarios and doesn't matter what time or day of the week it is Stacey and Brianna are there for us. Yes we had to file a claim for Workers Comp, the easiest process dealing with the insurance company for coordinating medical treatment, employee compensation and keeping the employer constantly informed. At time of renewal every year Stacey runs a comparison report on insurance rates so if she can save you a buck you bet she will.

Dear Jim, Business Manager. First of all, calls with concerns or questions to your office are not…read morerecorded! And in a last ditch effort to down play my experience? You're implying I've misrepresented what happened to me! Again, I stand by my review as I do with all my reviews...(I've since moved over directly with my Travelers Insurance.) Which by the way, avoids me any delays, and they're not Commission based as your Agency? If you didn't get my point before in my review, I will reiderate: The rate increase is neither here, nor there. That cannot be changed, as it is across the board? It's the unfortunate way this agent, Martha acted by misquoting my Policy renewal in an email, at which I will post to show she had me thinking that there was no change in the rate at this renewal in October? At which any customer would have at a minimum have Trust issues with at that point. Then blinsidedly, I receive a letter directly from Travelers Insurance that I have a 30% increase? That type of an increase merits a phone call in advance after the email she had sent me, telling me the complete opposite!! With Zero personalized service on behalf of your Agent, which you apparently defend over a valued customer such as I, with this Policy since 2012. Furthermore, my Insurance Carrier, Travelers debunked your Lie you stated in your reply to me..(that in fact all agents were notified of this increase since May 2023!) And not the "only 30 days in advance", as you've stated? I remind you again, defending an Employee over a valued Customer is never an Option for a business Manager, or an owner? We've been with AMS Insurance for many years, but unfortunately, the customer service has…read morenoticeably declined over time. It's disappointing to see the difference compared to how things used to be. Another concern is that AMS doesn't check or offer quotes from all available insurance providers, which limits your ability to find the most cost-effective coverage. You're not necessarily getting the best value. I recommend checking other companies first--such as Navy Federal, GEICO, USAA (if you're military), and others that AMS may not work with. Be sure to ask which providers they represent and which they don't, so you can make a more informed decision. Personally, I recently switched and ended up saving more than half on my monthly premiums--while also getting better coverage than I had through AMS. Another downside is the process for making policy or account changes. While claims can typically be handled directly with the insurer, all other changes must go through AMS. This adds unnecessary hassle, especially since their current customer service is slower and less responsive. You can't make quick updates yourself, which can be frustrating. Before COVID, I would have recommended AMS without hesitation. But since much of their team now seems to work remotely, the service just isn't what it used to be--and that's unfortunate. I'm grateful to have found a new insurance provider that offers better rates and allows me to manage my policy directly and conveniently.

We strongly reject the false characterization in the agency's reply. For months, we attempted to…read moreresolve this matter professionally and respectfully--including multiple requests for calls from billing and management, and a detailed breakdown of our charges. Not once during that entire time did we receive the breakdown or resolution we asked for. The only call we received from the owner came after we stated we were filing a formal complaint against this office. That is not how an ethical business operates, and customers have every right to escalate issues when ignored for months. Their attempt to frame our persistence as "aggressive" is a form of gaslighting meant to deflect from their own negligence. This situation began with their documented errors--including attaching a sold vehicle to our policy, destroying our discount, and billing us for 6 months of coverage while only providing 4 months. These are not "policy misunderstandings"--they are billing discrepancies and potential violations of NRS 686A.310 (Unfair Insurance Practices) and NRS Chapter 598 (Deceptive Trade Practices). We will be reporting this office to the Nevada Division of Insurance and the Better Business Bureau so this behavior is documented and investigated. Customers deserve to know that this agency's version of "professional service" includes ignoring months of contact attempts and then attacking customers for asserting their rights. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND PREDATORY BEHAVIOR - STATE FARM HENDERSON, NV The owner of this office called me today after months of ignored calls and messages, and her behavior was abusive, predatory, and pure gaslighting. She accused me of being "disrespectful" simply for expressing months of justified frustration over their mistakes. She even admitted she had been on vacation, prioritizing that over months of negligence and ignored requests to fix my account. This kind of hostile and dismissive conduct is predictable when you shine a light on fraudulent behavior in this office. I've been a loyal State Farm customer for almost 10 years with ZERO accidents or tickets, yet they charged me nearly $300/month--and Progressive quoted me over $1,000 less for the same coverage plus some. During my last policy term: 1. They attached a car I sold over a year ago to my new vehicle, destroying my multi-vehicle discount and using fraudulent methods to apply discounts that ultimately cost me more. 2. I asked multiple times over six months for them to review my payments, and they ignored every request. 3. My 6-month premium only provided 4 months of coverage, even though my insurance card showed a 6-month end date. 4. Despite paying more for a policy that didn't reflect my spotless driving record, underwriting is entirely unwilling to refund me or make it right. They didn't "discover" their error until my bill was already overdue for $900, and they refused to fix it. This office's conduct is fraudulent, predatory, negligent, and abusive. I will be reporting them to the Nevada Division of Insurance, the BBB, and pursuing every legal option available. Loyalty means nothing to State Farm. Save yourself the money, the headache, and the abuse--go with a company that actually values its customers.
