Usually I order a variety of sliders here. But, I really need to comment on how delicious their Brussels sprouts salad is. I want to go there right now just thinking about it. It is a generous combination of Brussels sprouts, blue cheese, and bacon. It tastes great the next day too, so order it along with your sliders and take some home. My favorite sliders are the Ahi Tuna, and Bleu cheese burgers. The truffle fries and the sweet potato fries are also my favorites. Our service is always great and we have a favorite table. There is a TV at every table so pick one with the channel you like. Not that we actually watched it. I think the atmosphere is great for chatting with your lunch or dinner companions. read more

My daughters suggested going here and they were tired of all the saint clair shores on the water and others that all have been great and I will review soon. Arrived in luck and unexpected to happy hour half off apps. We ordered cheese curds and pretzel bites. Also a cheese and pep pizza and I also had a 911 and bham slider. Let me tell you, places can do curds and pretzels but the twist on this and the dipping sauces were off the charts. So much I ordered one of each to go. Pizza was thinner but exceptional crust and dough and now having a late night piece and it holds up great which the left over pizza integrity is crucial to me. The server was amazing and was well compensated which we all need to consider. My daughters are in the food industry as I was for over 25 years and a great chef myself. Try this place out. After a day at the zoo, we stopped here hungry and thirsty. We were seated right away. After 15 minutes, and watching those who came in after us receive waters and service, we finally stopped someone and asked why weren't being served. She agreed to find someone, which took another few minutes. Our waitress came at the 20 minute mark, right when we were about to walk out and go to another restaurant. Once she was there, she was apologetic and nice, and told us know one told her we were there. Definitely an issue management/hosts need to improve. Food took quite a while to come out. Almost an hour after arrival and it was not busy. But I will say it was all amazing. This was a definite perk, after being there so long. The sliders are pretty big for sliders. I had one with bacon and egg, and they loaded it with bacon. The spicy one I had definitely had a lot of heat, but not so much it overpowered all the flavor. The battered pepper on top was a unique addition. The garlic Parmesan waffle fries came out hot and crispy and were delicious. With the sauce, they were some of the best fries I've had. The Brussel sprout appetizer was also great, though it was pretty cold when it arrived. Ambiance is sportsbarish. Each booth had a television in it. There's a room with games, but not all worked. Good beer selection and cocktail menu. They do charge more for using a credit card to pay. Overall, if this place could get organized I think it would be a great spot. I came here for a quick bite to eat with some friends. Although I think Green Dot Stables is better, this is a decent alternative. The sliders are relatively small. If you are a bigger eater I'd recommend 3-4 if you are ordering no apps. Every option can be turned into a lettuce option which is fine and a good alternative except not all sandwiches taste as good with just the lettuce. The Brussel sprouts were delicious! Excellent place to catch a game on TV! I love that they have a TV built into the wall of every booth, but it does get loud in there. Service was great, and so was the food. Their cheese curds are soo good! I couldn't believe how enormous the calzones are - easily enough for two people. We like to come here because it's close and easy and has a little something for everyone in our vegetarian/carnivore family. We have had really good meals here but unfortunately there seems to be a lot of inconsistencies in the food quality. I think the sliders are prettt consistently good along with anything fried but the other menu options have really been hit or miss. read more

The food was decent, but the service was horrible. We stopped in on a Monday afternoon around 1 p.m. There was seating available; the restaurant was not busy. The waitress brought us water, but she never took our drink order. We ordered an appetizer which never came out. She shorted us on silverware and app plates (another was quite dirty). When taking our order she never asked what salad dressing I wanted, and brought me out some dressing I never would have ordered. When I said something to her, she tried to blame me saying I should have asked or said something. She was rude and was left with a $1.00 tip -- my adult kids told me I should have left nothing since she was so rude. read more

Stopped in for lunch with a few friends. Place is clean, staff was friendly. Sliders were really good. The menu is pretty extensive beyond sliders - hot dogs, pizza, a variety of Sharables from shrimp to southwest egg rolls, to quesadillas...etc... soup and salads too. I had a breakfast slider and it was really good! The egg was a perfectly fried egg sitting stop a nicely cooked and seasoned slider with a decent bun. The sliders are a bit larger than your average slider and the price is decent for the quality. I also had a PBJammin slider which was delicious! Other sliders at the table were the Rojo, the pulled pork, and smokehouse. All the sliders were thoroughly enjoyed. We also had the garlic parm waffle fries - highly recommend! Went for Happy Hour, 3pm. Friends said it was good. However it's not for me. For following reasons. -they play the music super loud. Too loud for a place of that size. Made it difficult to have a conversation. I guess maybe late night that would be fine for the bar atmosphere but not in the afternoon -Beef sliders were very bland. You could tell the beef was good quality, but it's almost like they boiled the meat instead of really giving it a good char and having a nice pink center. -The ambience is OK I guess but the whole place is black, black walls, black chairs. just not for me I guess. -Ordered a slice of pizza off the happy hour menu. It was not good. on the other hand, the brussels sprouts appetizer off the happy hour menu was very good, but it didn't really make the experience more positive. read more

Ambiance has a great feel & it's a nice addition the the Village! Being decently priced & having such a large menu with awesome variety makes it our new go to! We would like to go back for happy hour to try more of the appetizers but everything we have tried slider wise was 10/10. The sliders are not small and they don't skimp on the toppings here. Overall super excited to continue coming here, especially to check out the cocktails! I'm still trying to figure this place out! It was becoming a favorite until I notice the staff appears to be lazy and shiftless . Lately I have been seated at dirty tables and there's no one to greet you when you arrive so you just plop yourself down where ever you like. How my waitress had the audacity to reach over my food while I was eating just to grab an empty dish! After Covid you would expect people to be more sanitary . She could have waited till I was done. I notice how service is bad between 11-3pm -you basically have to hunt your server down and hope she's not in a bad mood. read more

The minute we walked in Joe greeted us with all kinds of holiday cheer. His friendliness was authentic and appreciated. We felt like we'd just come home for the holidays. We had the perogie appetizer, and 3 of the sliders - PB Jammin, Pulled Pork, and the Dirty Burd. All were delicious. The fried chicken slab was generous, way more innards than bread - very good. The perogies were delicious (and I lived in Oittsburgh for a stint so you know they are good!) and the drink special was good too. Service, happy hour specials, interior and house drinks were all great and the "Chicken Cordon Bleu" calzone was the bomb. One or two notches better than Village Grille and that's saying a lot. The ambiance is amazing and my appetizer was excellent. Unfortunately my sliders wernt anything special and it was such a let down considering 1) I really liked the place 2) I had high hopes 3) the word slider is in the company name. The chicken in the sandwich sandwich was not real chicken. Felt like I was eating a generic frozen chicken patty from Kroger. My burger was bland. If it wasn't for the blue cheese it would've had no flavor. My waffle fries had no potato in it. Really let down. Really wanted to like this place. Not saying you shouldn't go. But for the price of the food and how it turned out, I don't think I'll be back and that makes me bummed out. I never care how much food costs because going out to eat is a luxury and I'm willing to pay for good food. But between the beyond fake chicken and bland burger, it just wasn't worth it.
