The sidecar tour was an awesome way to see parts of Santa Barbara we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Our tour guide, David, had great stories about the city and its history. He stopped frequently and took photos of us in the cool tandem sidecar, at great scenic spots around the city, making for great photographic memories. The motorcycle and sidecar are very cool and garnered us a lot of attention as we cruised thru the city. David was dressed as a dapper gent from the 1930's, perfect for the look of the a replica 30's motorcycle. The tour was well worth it!! Waited under the sun with my 8 yo daughter for 30 minutes but nobody showed up. The customer service could not get a hold of the driver. We were at Santa Barbara with the cruise so we only stays there for a few hours. Too late to book anything else. We went back to the ship disappointed. It is because of David that I give 5 stars! He was knowledgeable, fun and such a great driver. He was attentive to our wishes of what to see. David is the star in 5 stars! I would rate a 4 star for the company alone since we thought we were going to three wineries but we traveled to only two to our surprise. The website advertised three wineries so we were a little disappointed to have just two. We understand another couple on the same day had the same issues. So be sure to ask prior to your trip so you are not surprised on your journey. Other than that, we had a fabulous time at traveling along the roads of Santa Barbara. What I especially loved, was that David took the time to take photos of us at different picture spots and then shared them with us at the end. That is excellent customer service. The wineries were great as well. David checked us in and then we had time to savor the wines and relax. We really enjoyed the day. I would book again and recommend this way to tour but double check the package prior to the trip. read more

I booked and paid for a sidecar tour in Santa Barbara a month in advance. The morning of our tour I reached out through email and trying to call the company to confirm, since I never received confirmation. but the voicemail was full so I could not leave a message. We had paid in advance and has a receipt so I assumed everything was good to go. My husband and I had so been looking forward to the tour. We went to the address on the website and no one was there. We walked into the bar that was at the address on the website and the bartender told us people come in there all the time looking for the tour but they have no idea where the sidecar tours spot is or why they give the address they do. We tried calling them several times but no-one ever answers. Needless to say I would not recommend them. read more

We had an amazing time on the Sidecar tour! Even though we live locally, it was a great experience and so fun to play tourists for the day. We were able to try 3 new wine tasting rooms we had never been to and our driver David had reservations, payment, and everything worked out so we could walk right in and immediately sit down and start tasting. We were also tasting on a busy weekend so it was so nice to not have to wait for anything. David was super friendly and accommodating and allowed us to decide where we would drive around town between each tasting room. Would definitely do this again but next time would love to try the Santa Ynez tour to ride through the mountains and go to some actual wineries. So worth it! read more
