I get that you have a PHD, but I've lived in my body 45 years & have undergone countless treatments, doctors & options; therefore am entirely certain that my opinion about my healthcare should be heard & not so easily dismissed. I can't trust a doctor with managing my medical health if they're not on the same team WITH ME. Dr. Togliatti has seen my records, she saw what previous meds & dosages I've been on. So I'm unsure why she's decided to take me back 20 years to the beginning of treatment like I'm brand new to thyroid issues. I'm not a doctor but I'm smart enough to know what my labs mean. And she may have a decade of education and experience with the general public on a general level of knowledge. But I know my own body for longer than she has. I find it highly unprofessional when you've got to argue with a physician about how your own body works. A good doctor knows everyone reacts differently to different forms of treatment. Medicine isn't a "one size fits all" thing. She may have plenty of patients, so won't miss me leaving her patient list. But I also have plenty of doctors to choose to trust with my health that I don't feel like I'm having to convince of my lab results that are literally self explanatory. I'm also not happy that she never bothered to call me to go over those lab results. Especially since my TSH levels are still WAY off. So calling me in the same prescription dosage is comparable to insanity: when you continue to repeat the same action, yet expect a different result.

    Went in May 2025 to establish care and get a prescription renewed. Was $250 out of pocket even with…read moreinsurance (in network) for the general checkup. Was supposed to be refilled last week, but it was not because the provider left Burrows 15 days ago, now they want me to come back in for another checkup and establish care with a new provider, pay another few hundred dollars, and get yet another refill prescription that was supposed to last one full year (i shouldn't have to pay more because a doctor left their office). And now they will not honor my prescription refill that i went in for 2 months ago, which i did intentionally ahead of time to avoid missing medication but now i am physically paying for it. They also told me the checkup without insurance they told me would be ~$160. Imagine that. Cheaper if you don't have any insurance.

But Lucerito "Lucy" Dominquez is by far the rudest person, to know she's a reflection of the company is stomach turning to say the least! I initially called in for my Saturday 1/10 & Sunday 1/11 shifts on Thursday 1/8 due to my vehicle catching fire. Although my replacement parts arrived early on Thursday 1/8/26 I wasn't going to have my vehicle repaired in time. To have Kelly from the office call me back Friday 1/9/26 and state they're extremely short staffed, can't find anyone to cover my shifts and need me to be there. She then expressed she'd see about getting me an Uber & call me back. No call back ever happened. So I called around 5:07pm Friday 1/9 after I got off my full time job to see what's going on. Since my Saturday shift started at 7am. I spoke to Lucy who stated she'd call me back once she finds the email explaining the details of the game plan for my shift. I never received a call back, text, email, etc. I go to bed & don't think anything about my shift since I initially called in and have the supporting documents. She calls & wakes me up this morning Saturday 1/10/26 at 6:13am with an attitude talking about to call the office & let her know when I'm ready to head to work, so they can order an Uber for me. I reminded her again, even though she's apart of scheduling that my shift starts at 7am and she said she'd call me back last night & never did. Then with an attitude she states I NEED to make my shift! I re-explain the whole situation to her & tell her I don't need her attitude first thing in the morning, especially since she just woke me up and my shift is suppose to start at 7am. Also to remember this is my part time job & they need me due to them being short staffed. So she can save her attitude especially since she just woke me up & its too early in the morning. She snaps back, I tell her how about this I quit, have nice day and hung up! Y'all wonder why you're so short staffed though???

    I never thought I would be in need of the services that Colorado Elder Care Solutions provides. But…read morerecently I found myself dealing with my husband's serious health and cognitive challenges. It's hard to describe the anxiety, overwhelm, sadness, and confusion that I experienced trying to do my best to care for his needs - and mine. I felt I was stretched beyond my ability to cope. I was extremely fortunate to have had Karen to guide and support me through situation after situation. She was not only extremely experienced and knowledgeable but was able to think clearly when I was not. I was so impressed with her demeanor - calm, caring and respectful. It is important to note that I never felt she was taking over. I experienced her as a partner who cared as much as I did about finding the best solutions. Her expertise was so impressive, knowing exactly what the next step should be and how I might best accomplish it. My whole experience was like a breath of much needed fresh air, giving me support, hope and the resources I needed to get through each challenge I was facing. I would not hesitate to entrust Colorado Elder Care with any one of my family members or friends. However, Colorado Eldercare Solutions found him a subsidized senior housing complex that was secure, located in a very walkable neighborhood of Englewood, and guided us in setting up support services for his medical and social needs. Simple things like a phone with larger buttons and easy to use message retrieval were helpful in ensuring we could communicate with our father. The medical box set up and monitoring system helped us manage his on-going and complex prescription needs. Additionally, she helped ensure he was getting proper nutrition and had a support system to check in on him to make sure he remained active and engaged in the community. I believe his quality of life was tremendously enhanced by the support and care they extended. And, I know it gave me greater piece of mind knowing that there was someone close who could make a visit to see how Dad was doing when we couldn't get in touch. I can recommend Colorado Elder Care solutions without any reservations.
