I know it's not a massive order, but it felt like I constantly had to follow up just to get a simple proof so I could move forward. I wasn't in a rush and was willing to wait, but after a month of back-and-forth with no real progress, I eventually gave up and went with another company. It's disappointing because I was hoping to support a local business, but it seems like they just didn't need business like ours.

I…read morebelieve here it is 2 companies in 1 studio but the lady that was helping us (Sookie?) was incredibly disorganized and made multiple errors. I had to go back 4 times because the prints we're never ready on time. On top of this on our wedding day we learned that there was another mistake and they didn't print a memorial sign that was to honor my dad who had passed away. The prints that were successful were beautiful but I just wouldn't take the stress the entire process was. There were 2 other ladies who were very kind and helpful I believe her name was Gloria? I wish we had worked with them instead.
