Since it is Tuesday and they had a special going for a free piece of cake we were like that sounds good but it was the most stale tasting and dry. So our server walks up with the thinnest slice of cake Iv ever seen looked like paper I thought cake was always to stay thick like a peach.However this piece was so thin you would have thought the cake went on a diet gone wrong and apologized for it immediately and made sure to let us know it was her manager who cut it. We told her it's ok and believed her because well it's obvious she didn't do it because she is great extremely attentive and checks in on us. Marissa is amazing. Nothing was her fault. After about a dozen postpartum orders from sidelines grille, we are convinced the only thing they do well is chicken wings. And by the rest of the reviews, even that is questionable. The first time we ordered we were blown away. They were delightful and so flavorful. The main problem is they aren't consistent. The hot buffalo sauce ranged from perfection, to barely mild, to scorch the earth spicy. Sometimes the sauce was riddled with pepper flakes and other times they weren't. When they are made properly we really enjoy them. But it seems it's a roll of the dice what kind we will get. The blue cheese is really good! Even that though - sometimes they gave us 2 little ramekins and another time they gave us a huge little container (much appreciated). All the other menu items we tried were pretty awful and some inedible. The chicken Caesar wrap, the pretzel bites, and the burger are fresh in my mind but there were others. It's such a shame because we wanted to love it. So much so we kept going back hoping we got that perfect first set of wings again. Perhaps the times that were fantastic were the flukes! read more

I've had lunch at Sidelines a couple of times in recent months. I found it to be really nice place to talk and visit, while enjoying good quality food. I had the club sandwich one visit and the California Chicken Salad another. Both delicious! We also came for wings and beer another evening visit. This used to be one of our favorite places, but the prices have gotten ridiculous. They charge $52 for a bottle or 14 Hands wine and $14 for a glass. The same bottle was $23-26 in 2024. This same bottle of wine is $10.20 at Publix. I understand markups on alcohol in restaurants, but this is not acceptable. We have actually found they charge more for a glass of wine than places like Stoney River. I do not think we will be going back. read more

First time eating at Sidelines. When we walked in, the first thing you notice is the plentiful tvs playing all the sporting events. Each booth has its own TV where you can request a specific game. The prices are very reasonable especially for kids. The kids meal is only $6 and it includes a side and a drink. The adult burger and sandwich were each around $12-13. We ordered the Tennessee whiskey burger, the cuban sandwich, kids cheeseburger, kids Mac n cheese, kids grilled cheese and the garlic fried cheese curds as a starter. My favorite item were the cheese curds. They were flavorful and hot. The rest of the food was okay but not great. We would definitely come back again for the atmosphere and great service. Tonight, my family and I went to eat here to use the coupon that was given out to teachers from First Baptist Woodstock for teacher appreciation. It was good for one free meal and dessert (it was clearly stated that you get one free meal with side, non-alcoholic drink, and a dessert). Our waitress only took off the child's meal instead of my meal, drink, and dessert. I pointed this out to her, and she told me that she took off the meal that cost the most and a drink. My bill only went down about $8.00, so I know it wasn't my meal and drink because that alone was $18.00 without tax or dessert. Needless to say she got very upset and stomped off to fix the bill. When she came back with the corrected bill, it had an itemized list on it at the top to show what had been taken off which was nice. Shrimp tails were left on -- you don't do that with fajitas -- and there was minimal if any seasoning. Nothin' with nothin'. Our friends -- one ordering a burger, the other a different shrimp dish -- thought the same. If you're coming to watch games with food being secondary, this could be your place. It's seriously gone downhill. Our server was very nonchalant. He took a long time to take our order. And rarely came back to refill our drinks. The food itself wasn't good. My chicken finger plate was dry and overcooked. The Mac and cheese was cold. The wings never came out until I had to flag down someone (our server was nowhere to be found) Then they gave us the wrong wings. We had to wait some more. For these instances of hardly any vegetarian options, I've been including salmon into my diet so that i may still eat out with friends and family. I opted for the Caesar salad, no croutons, add red onion, and add blackened salmon fillet. My boyfriend ordered the Tennessee whisky sandwich NO BACON (THESE PEOPLE PUT BACON ON EVERYTHING!) Visit date: 7/4/2021 Our family had an enjoyable time during our first visit to Sidelines Grille today. There is plenty of seating, either around the bar or in the large dining area. The booths are large and each booth has a tv, where you can request your channel. It was really fun for Keno. The service was excellent, thanks Chloe! Between the four of us, we ordered the pretzel app (very good), lobster bisque, a cuban, a philly, and a reuben. Food came out quickly, and it was hot. The prices were reasonable (on average $11 per sandwich) and the food met expectations. I think the friendly staff, reasonable prices, and spacious dining area make this a great place to check out. Then we went back bc we love the food and sat at the booth and saw another roach, we were done. Then covid hit, we stayed away for a long time. 1 star means not only do I have no interest in ever returning, but I will actively dissuade people from considering this place as an option. Came for lunch on a weekend. Place was at 30-40% capacity. Instead of bringing drinks out on a tray, server makes two trips.. carrying 3 bunched up together and spilling, then comes back with the 4th person's drink. Took almost 30 minutes for fried pickle appetizer to come out and they were mediocre. Server directly inputs your order into a handheld device at the table, and yet somehow 2 of the 4 orders ended up being messed up with the wrong entrees and sides being brought to the table. The food was awful. The fries weren't fresh, the mac and cheese was soupy and cooler than room temperature, the patty melt was dry. Not going to list everyone's food, but no one finished more than half their meal and everyone felt bleh leaving. There are tv's everywhere. Place is probably only ok to have a couple beers and to watch a game, but would rather go to Guston's for that and they have decent food at least and a better atmosphere. read more
