The mood was set as soon as we approached the restaurant when a man (owner?) held the door open and welcomed us. The dining room was quaint without feeling crowded. Zoe recommended the corned beef skillet and it did not disappoint! Plenty of shredded corned beef with deliciously seasoned breakfast potatoes with two eggs cooked to perfection. I could only finish half of it and look forward to leftovers. My husband enjoyed the French dip and fries. For a man of few words, he said it was ready, really good. The teenager liked her burrito which was generously packed with sausage, eggs, and potatoes topped with cheese sauce. It was a bit on the pricey side but given it's all made from scratch with high quality ingredients and we have leftovers, it was worth it. We'll definitely return to the A&M Kitchen!

Southern Fried Chicken and Biscuit was to die for.

Visited this little nook from out of town. We wanted a good Southern style breakfast and A&M Kitchen did NOT disappoint. We ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Biscuit with Sausage Gravy. Literally made me want to move here! It was that good! Thanks to Kelce our waitress who was so charming and welcoming. Want fresh delicious food! Come to A&M in Woodstock, GA!

One-and-Only brunch spot near highway 92 of woodstock besides than J. Christopher's in downtown woodstock. I really wish there's MORE restaurant like this coming near woodstock! food is amazing, i got myself a black coffee with Grits topped with bacon, sausage, or smoked ham, and 2 eggs. *it may get little busy during weekend around brunch hour.

We found this place thanks to a Yelp search and drove about 30 minutes based on the reviews. It was a great decision. The potatoes are perfectly cooked (probably fried?) and seasoned. They were the highlight of the dish for me. The sausage is freshly patted out and the cheese grits were some of the best I've had.

That being said, the fried chicken breast was tender and not overly salted. The biscuit was good but prefer the biscuits from places like Hardee's which are crispy outside and fluffy inside. The Power Bowl was okay, not great. I was disappointed as I expected something more than what it was. Coffee was quite good and self-serve bottomless cup. I ordered Chix Waffles and my husband got the Sticky Maple. His sandwich was definitely sticky and "not memorable". My waffle was cooked to perfection but I didn't taste nor see any of the things the menu said would be in it (bacon & something else). The breading on the chicken was good but the chicken were like fingers, not tenders. They were dry. The real maple syrup is what makes this place run- it was delicious on my meal but it also drove up the price. At least no one asked a tip (not even the cash register by default!) so I shouldn't be surprised. I don't think we'll be back as it's far, the service was nonexistent (no "Welcome", "Hello", "What can I get for you", or "Do you have any questions "? Service wins me over every time, even if the food is a little less than knocking my socks off. Sadly, this place didn't deliver.

The service was unbelievably efficient -- every table was moving, food came out quickly, and the staff never looked overwhelmed despite the packed crowd. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from start to finish. We had reservations for 10:45 AM on May 23. Due to the rain, we arrived around 10:53, but some of the ladies were already there waiting. After being seated, it took about 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us to ask for drinks. We all ordered water... and then we waited. And waited. About 30-40 minutes passed without anyone taking our food order, even though the restaurant was not busy. We noticed another group who came in after us eventually just get up and leave. Honestly, we should have done the same. Around 11:30, as we were gathering our things to leave, the owner came over asking where we were going. I explained that no one had taken our order and that we were hungry. She convinced us to stay and brought out chicken croquettes and biscuits "to hold us over." The biscuits were decent, but the croquettes were not good. Then we waited ANOTHER hour. Our food didn't arrive until around 12:30 PM. During that time, my sister and I literally walked to another restaurant nearby, ordered food there, ate, and came back -- and our food had just arrived. To make matters worse, the chicken was undercooked. As shown in the photo, it was raw inside and dripping excessively. Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. On top of all of that, when I went to pay, I noticed I was being overcharged. I had to ask for an itemized receipt, and suddenly the total dropped significantly. That alone was frustrating and unprofessional. The overall environment was also uncomfortable. The cook was sweating heavily over the food while talking, which did not make the experience any better. I paid for meals my family didn't even enjoy just to leave and go somewhere else to actually eat. The only thing decent about this experience was the homemade-style biscuits. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are expecting good service, timely food, professionalism, or quality control. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst brunch experiences I've had in a long time.
