Beinjg a Ducati guy in a Harley town means I get turned down by alot of shops for service. Until I found Sideways, I was having to go over to Orange County - and Dealer pricing - for anything on my bike. Not only did they have me in and out in the same day, b7t they sold me a $700 helmet for their cost! I'm stoked to have found truly honest, enthusiastic mechanics in my own town. Highly recommended! Lawrence and Danielle are the people I trust my favorite ride with.

Lawrence is the best! If you need an honest and reliable motorcycle mechanic, Sideways Cycles is the place. I first came here 3 years ago after Riverside HD Service department gave me terrible service and overcharged me. At Sideways I have had my exhaust upgraded and mapped, tire replacements, battery replacements, services and bearing replacements and next, I will be upgrading my pipes. Every single service and repair has been an absolute pleasure working with them. Thanks for taking care of me, Lawrence .

Hello HD family, Big Lawrence has been my personal friend, and mechanic for my 2002 Road King. The brother is honest, and respectful. From the moment he meets you he treats you like family. I truly value his professionalism but most of all his friendship. Now days it's not easy to find friends like him.

Took the Road King in to have my wheels and fork lowers installed and i'm so glad I brought it to Lawrence and Shane down at Sideways Cycles. It was stress free, quick and all of their hard work for a great price! I will forever be loyal to this shop and take all my bikes here for service. Thank you guys!

Sideways Cycles is my new shop. The prices for service is awesome and so is the work. I had them install Biltwell Frisco Bars, Arlen Ness grips and a brake cable. If you need accessories like a Helmet, seat, grips, exhaust, etc.. they have the best prices I've seen. Example an Arai helmet that retails for $810 was selling brand new for less than a used one. I will be buying my accessories and gear here as well as getting my services.

Great spot to fix your bike. Lawrence is awesome! I got my first Indian motorcycle cause of his recommendation and I couldn't be happier. They are very helpful here and accommodating when you need something even last minute.

Lawrence and his mechanic(cant remember his name) did an awesome job repairing my bike after i got into an accident on the 91.Needed time to save enough for the repairs and not once did Lawrence pressure me to hurry up and pay..Wasnt able to work due to a broken finger and he understood i would need some time.. I will be coming back to this shop for all my future needs.Lawrence is a real cool and humble dude and gave me options on parts to save me money unlike many other shops that want to squeeze as much out of you as they can..I trully recommend this shop to any biker thats looking for an honest shop.Once again thank you Sideways Cycles.

Lawrence hooked me up with a competitive price on a tire, got it installed and was on my way in an hour.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bill's Motorcycle Shop. I brought my motorcycle in to…read morehave the front and rear tires installed. I was told the tires would arrive in about 3 days, but it ended up taking approximately two weeks. I ultimately paid $912.75 for the tires, tire installation, tube, and related charges. When I picked up the motorcycle, the shop had spent about two hours working on it and told me they had also adjusted the clutch, checked the fluids, and made sure the motorcycle was running properly. However, as soon as I started riding home, the motorcycle felt noticeably different and did not feel right. The next morning, the motorcycle would not start, and I found gasoline coming from the exhaust area. I had to take it to another mechanic for diagnosis. The mechanic found serious issues with the motorcycle, including a major fuel/carburetor problem and a coolant leak, and I was told the carburetor needed to be replaced. I am now facing another $700+ in repair costs, in addition to the $912.75 I already paid. What disappointed me the most was how the situation was handled. When I contacted Bill's, they told me they were not responsible because their job was only the tires. They also told me that the problem was my fault because I left the motorcycle's fuel control on. Rather than helping investigate what happened, I felt that the responsibility was immediately placed on me. I understand that a mechanical problem can sometimes be unrelated to previous service, and that is why I am having another mechanic properly diagnose the motorcycle. However, the fact that these problems appeared immediately after I picked up the motorcycle and that I am now facing significant additional expenses is extremely frustrating. I have receipts documenting the $912.75 payment and the work performed. I am disappointed with both the experience and the way my concerns were handled. I am now pursuing other options to determine what happened and whether I can recover some of these costs.
