The entire staff was so kind, attentive, and efficient throughout the night. Everything felt very organized even with such a large crowd. I especially have to shout out the bartenders, specifically, Anais and Rhiannon!! They were AMAZING. The bar was slammed all night, but you honestly would have never known from their service. Drinks came out so quickly even if it was a large order (guilty), everything was made correctly, and they were genuinely some of the best drinks I've had! On top of that, they both had the best energy and were so friendly and fun with every guest who came up to the bar. They somehow managed to keep everything moving while still making each interaction feel personal, which was so impressive considering how busy they were. Anais and Rhiannon seriously added so much to the atmosphere of the wedding and were one of the things that stood out to me most from the night. You can tell they are both great at what they do and genuinely care about giving guests a good experience. The wait staff was also wonderful staying communicative, keeping everything clean on the tables, checking in, and helping box things up. Such a beautiful venue with an amazing team. We gave 3 Petals team a large task of 270 guests, a moody romantic theme, picky eaters, quality drinks, amazing food, and a floral chandelier that made us gasp. Not only did the team understood the assignment, they handled all of it without missing a beat. We can't talk about 3 Petals without talking about the staff. And we have to start with Ashley, because she deserves every thank you we could give. As our POC for the entire year leading up to the wedding, she was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish. Every email answered promptly, every question, no matter how small, was met with patience and clarity. It felt like planning a wedding with a friend who genuinely wanted our day to be perfect. Ashley truly set the tone for what the entire 3 Petals experience would feel like, and that standard carried through every single interaction with their team. The venue staff as a whole are warm, genuine, and flexible. You can tell they actually love what they do. The venue itself is a true blank canvas. We wanted a moody, romantic theme and 3 Petals team suggested maroon draping. Game changer. It completely transformed the space and gave the room a warm and intimate atmosphere. The team provided extra lighting to balance the moodiness of the room and made sure our linen choices tied everything together perfectly. Their in-house rentals are fairly priced, their florist team is incredibly talented, and the floral chandelier they created was honestly more stunning in person than anything we had imagined. Since they have established relationships with so many local vendors, coordinating everyone was smooth and stress-free. Now the food. We need to talk about the food because this is where 3P truly shines. Many of our guests were from families of great cooks. We are talking picky Asian moms and aunties who will absolutely let you know if something did not meet the mark. Every single one of them complimented the food. This was the highlight of the wedding for us. We went with Signature Menu 2 and swapped the first course for cocktail hour bites, and that decision alone was worth it. We had tried the cocktail food at our tasting and knew immediately it was going to be a hit, but the actual wedding night confirmed it. Every single item was amazing. The curry shrimp was juicy and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of curry flavor, served on a crispy bite that had the most satisfying crunch. The halibut ceviche was a fresh, beautifully executed Asian fusion take. And the filet beef cubes were tender, soft, and seasoned so perfectly that every single bite felt intentional. And those were just the appetizers. Dinner raised the bar even higher. Our front runners from the moment we tried them were the twice cooked short ribs and the steamed sea bass, and they delivered on the wedding night exactly as promised. The short ribs fell completely off the bone and melted in your mouth. The sea bass was incredibly fragrant and cooked to perfection. The soup was delicate yet packed with generous amounts of shrimp and crab, and they did not skimp on a single thing. And the lobsters with garlic noodles? Bomb! Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.
