I had a very good experience at Laser Sculpture with nurse Shala. I did 1 syringe of Restylane in my lips and 1 syringe of Restylane Lyft in my chin. My lips and chin look great. She is very detailed and takes her time to make sure they look perfect. She is an injection expert! Just a heads up they do not use any numbing cream, only ice. This was my first time not having numbing cream, and honestly it wasn't that bad. The product has lidocaine so after the first poke you should be numb for the most part. I have been to many different people/ places to get my lips done and this has been one of the best results so far. Only downside is the location, there were some scary looking people hanging in the parking lot. So take your man with you! I will return to see Shala. read more

You've heard it, I've heard it - Results may vary. I had already set myself up for low expectations, but was also willing to try anything to lose the fat in those troublesome areas. At my first session, the laser technician Ruzanna took one look at me and said I would need at least 9 to 12 sessions to see really good results. She also said I would have to watch what I eat and exercise. I couldn't help but feel even more skeptical. So the first time under the Zerona lasers and feeling nothing - no pin pricks, not even a little heat from the laser, I was again further convinced this wasn't going to work. I recently purchased a deal on Groupon for Latisse. I give them two stars simply because they delivered what they promised. However...the entire thing was shady. If I hadn't purchased on Groupon I would have been worried. I call a number listed on Groupon. Someone picks up and tells me to call another number. I call that number and leave a message. A lady calls me back (seemed like she was driving, this was in the middle of a business day) and tells me to show up on Saturday morning, she'll be waiting for me. Saturday rolls around. I drive up and notice no signs for Laser Sculpture even though it's the right addy, but there is a Yoshinoya just as the lady said. I park and go up the stairs. I follow the numbers to 209. It's not Laser Sculpture but a dental office. Hmmm... I walk into the sad looking dental office and ask the receptionist if this is Laser Sculpture. She says to wait and calls up another lady. Yes, this is the lady with the thick accent I spoke to yesterday. I tell her I bought two Groupons for a total of four bottles of Latisse. She hands me a form to fill out while she walks back and returns with four boxes. They look like the real thing from Allergan with the brushes and everything. Although every second one says it's a promotional sample and not for resale. I think Allergan ran a buy one get one free offer last spring. Looks like they stock piled and ran this promotion. My guess is that Allergan would not be happy with them selling these. The lady asked if I ever used it before. I said "no". She just shrugged and handed them over. No instructions, no warning of potential side effects, nothing. Good thing I'm a nut job that researches everything to death. There are side effects so do your research people!! Would I ever go back? NO. Would I recommend to a friend? NO. The product did look legit when I opened at home. I have seen the kits before and they appear the same. The bottles are sealed. They were either too rough, I bruised like crazy, or they were creepy. As soon as I sat in the chair, her demeanor and loving nature completely put me at ease. She had me in and out of her office in FIFTEEN MINUTES! And let me tell you...Ive never been happier. I got them done on Wednesday, its now Friday and I haven't bruised, had minimal swelling and she perfected the shape. Not to sound conceited, but I can't stop looking in the mirror. I went in for the iLipo, was greeted warmly by Rushanna. She gave me full details about the treatment which was very informative. I was also told about additional treatments that would enhance the results of the iLipo, but it was never pushed on me. I had 14 sessions and had really great success. I lost a total of 7.5 inches - 3 from my upper abdomen, 3 from mid and 1.5 from lower. I felt relaxed and comfortable at every session. The facility is immaculately clean (and I'm a germaphobe). I had some random veins that started popping out in my face (nothing that couldn't be covered with makeup easily, but it was bothering me, and one "boo boo" I had for years and never healed). I went in for a laser treatment and could not have had a better experience. Shahla was so welcoming and had excellent customer service - she told me that if this treatment didn't work and I needed to do a different (more expensive) laser treatment she would deduct the cost of this treatment from it. That is amazing - I've never had any cosmetic procedure before where they go over and beyond for your best results at a reasonable and fair price. During the treatment itself I felt little pain as she took great measures to apply aloe Vera all over my face to help cool the laser pricks. She also constantly checked in with me every few seconds to make sure I was "still okay" and "let me know when you start to hate me (for the pain, lol)". It was not bad at all, and I did see results IMMEDIATELY as I left (and then more in the month that followed). She also got onto me for not always wearing sunscreen during the day and in general made me feel like she really cares about my health as someone important to her. Also, as I left she made a point to give me some Oxygenetix moisturizer for my face to help it heal and protect it for the rest of the day. I must say I am very impress with the result I have received ultrasonic cavitation treatment by Rozanna. Rozanna is the operator of the treatment. She's very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was 198 lbs and 12.3% body fat when I first got my treatment. Since my first treatment in November 2015, I have lost 2% body fat. I could see the result in my midsection area. I had love handles, not anymore! I literally could see my obliques. I am amazed how the treatment was so effective. To make it even better, I'm 202lbs n 9.8% body fat. My suggestion to you is TRY THIS TREAtMENT! It will take 2-3 months for results to start kicking, you should be on a diet. Went for my first treatment on Thursday 23rd of August and I was greeted by Parisa. My first impression was "wow this place is clean !! Overall I have had a good experience at Laser Sculpture. The girls have been helpful and kind. Avoid Cynthia if you can, or keep your expectations low with her -- she isn't helpful and will give you inaccurate information. The other girls have helped me and are willing to share details and information to get my money's worth out of my procedure. The results are slow. I have seen minor results from iLipo after three weeks but apparently you need 5-7 consecutive treatments before you can see results. I've done three and hardly anything, and I have done a lot more exercise than usual (30-45 min.) and increased my water intake to 2 16-oz bottles. Before I wasn't doing either. So unless you're prepared to buy at least five visits, don't bother. read more

If I could give a lower rating I would. Do not waste your money and find a better place to have these treatments performed. After being promised the treatments would be performed by a licensed professional the receptionist ended up doing them and asked me where to put the device. Seriously, she asked me instead of..l I don't know, looking at my chart? What a joke. Like others I was sold more services and didn't get the results promised. After my treatments the 'nurse' while wearing ugg boots and a skirt tried to justify the lack of results by asking me what I changed in my lifestyle (exercise and water intake) then proceeded to report higher water intake and exercise than I was told to do originally upon my consultation. You are told to increase water intake and exercise (which is how most people lose weight), so why use these devices???? Not to mention the treatments are semi private as they leave the doors open while you are changing, at least they did for me. Not professional, go to a real doctor (real doctors name on the door but after nearly 6 visits I never saw a doctor or more than 1 employee in the building). Buyer beware. read more
