The owner is terribly unsophisticated and lacks basic customer service. Unfortunately, she is the point of contact, so there is no way to avoid interacting with her. Sabrina, the groomer sent to us is wonderful. But the owner's poor attitude overwhelmed Sabrina's positive attitude and excellent grooming skills. Our huskey was in a desperate need of a deshed and an overall deep washing. Shes an all white dog. Well suppose to be but she started turning a yellowish white color, not the best color And no matter how I was her I cant bring her back to being white. But ashli worked magic and her coat was thinned out now when I pet her shes not giving me clumps of hair. Her nails trimmed beautifully. She was incredibly soft. We also had our black lab mix go shes short haired so not much hair to take off but she came back unbelievably soft. Both dogs came out happy and not scared. Which is most important they were even trying to sneak their way back in. So I would definitely call again to have them groomed by ashli. read more
