Terrible experience trying to get an appointment. Many phone calls, only 2 return calls but directed to call the main number that no person ever answers. Very frustrating. 12/5/2023- First consultation for the Mr...(aka-DH).. Bit of confusion- actually setting up the appt. They had the wrong number so it took a few weeks to actually set an appointment. The office setting is very modern-.. Filling our paper work was also modernized using an iPad.. Busy office-... Finally got in with the PA -Matthew P. Very professional and good bedside manners. Thorough and not pushy at all about the options. Will return in three months (per the insurance requirements).. to see if the compression socks were helpful.. At that time an Ulta sound would be performed to get a better picture of the situation. read more

After my doctor referred me to Swift for my veins, they were quick to schedule my appointment and get me in for my initial consultation and exam. When I walked in the door the place was so immaculately clean. The decor was so uplifting and modern. Most doctor offices are so boring and depressing. Not here. The staff is all very friendly and greet you with a smile. I saw the PA Mathew and he was great, very professional and explained everything. When it came time for my procedure, the doctor was very professional and explained everything he was doing. If I need any vein procedures again I will only go here if I have a choice in it read more

Vein Nevada has a beautiful office and if you get the first appointment of the day you won't have to wait too long. My one complaint so far is that it took me forever just to get the appointment. I called and called trying to get thru. The line just rings for forever and a day then when you do get someone they put you on hold and send you to voicemail which of course is never returned. It took me several of these same tries to finally learn and just demand that I do not be placed on hold and that I was happy to wait on the line until they could help me. A shout out to Dr.Ahmad and his incredible staff (Matt, Nicole, Esme and Adrienne) for providing me with outstanding care from start to finish. After dealing with leg vein issues for years, I've had my share of visits with offices that handle these issues. By far, Vein Nevada under the care of Dr.Ahmad is the best! Every visit with them was stress free and very well organized. Dr.Ahmad was so incredibly patient with me. He was so kind at answering all my questions and made sure he addressed all the areas on my legs that were creating problems for me. The procedure experience was not bad at all. Dr. Ahmad communicated clearly each step. No matter where you go, Vein ablation and sclerotherapy treatments can be a tad bit uncomfortable but I will say, Dr.Ahmad did a fabulous job making sure that I was as comfortable as possible. As far as results go, I'm no longer dealing with achy and heavy legs. The appearance of my legs has improved as well. My quality of life has improved greatly since having this procedure which makes me so grateful. Since venous insufficiency is something that can't be totally cured. I know it's something that will just have to be managed. I will definitely be coming back to this office for future treatment should I need to. They really are the best in town! read more

This review is for the office at 9069 pecos Rd Henderson NV\ Initial appt went well, had sanogram to determine status of veins. Went back for a appointment Dr. stated he was checking the insurance and would set a time to get work done on the veins. Never heard from them since. I called 3 or 4 times, no return calls or any response of any kind. Started in June of 2022, it is now almost October 2022 and have not heard anything from them. I am cancelling from this provider and hopefully they will give my sanogram to my next doctor so I don't have to pay for another. If I could rate them lower than a zero, I would do so. Called my primary Dr and said never give a referal to this office, very bad. read more

This is an update to the (not-so-great) review that I wrote 25 days ago about my experience with Vein Nevada: I am in the hospitality business so I understand the importance of the guest/host relationship. I also understand that we're all human, living in an imperfect world. Even the best, most hospitable hosts (or businesses) can fall short, sometimes through no fault of their own. How a business (or a representative of a business) handles a negative situation can often say sooo much more than if everything would have gone right. I won't rehash the details but what I will say is that once the staff at Vein Nevada realized there was a problem, they were on it and they did everything to turn the situation around. The calls that I received felt genuine because the staff didn't smother me with insincere apologizes or quickly beg for me to give them another chance. Instead, they took their time to actually listen to the issues and acknowledge where they fell short. And rather than get defensive or make excuses, they asked for extra feedback so that they could use my situation as tool from which to learn, coach, grow & improve. Because I was so impressed by the way things were handled, I decided to give Vein Nevada another shot...and boy, am I glad I did! My husband & I met Dr. Franciosa on the morning of my 1st procedure (12/17/18) and were immediately in love! This man is SOOO passionate about what he does (just listen to him talk for 30 seconds and you'll know exactly what I mean!) He loves his work, his patients, and his staff; you can see it in his eyes and you can feel it when he speaks! The 2 day/out-patient procedure was quick and (mostly) painless and aside from some normal bruising, I think the healing is going great! I've been back for 2 ultrasounds (I love, love, love Akshay, my ultrasound tech! He's AWESOME!) and I won't need to be seen again for 6 weeks. I'm sure Vein Nevada wishes that everything would have gone right for me so that I didn't ever have a reason to say anything negative...but truth be told, I'm actually grateful that things happened exactly the way they did. When service is good and things go right, we usually don't think twice, sometimes even taking the positive experiences for granted. We've become a society who expects that everything should be excellent all of the time. Had things gone 100% smoothly...maybe I would've posted a positive review, maybe not. But the fact that this happened and they handled it the way they did makes them stand out and I have SO much more respect for them now. Vein Nevada is more than just a business...It is a group of outstanding caregivers who genuinely want to help their patients. I trust, respect and recommend Dr. Franciosa & everyone at Vein Nevada...hands down. read more

This office never answers their phones! My original visit was in October 2021. I had to go in 3 different times before they would seek authorization from my insurance company. Of course I had to pay a co pay each time even though they did nothing. They finally did a ultra sound on both legs when I only needed it for one leg. I was charged for that. The request sent to my insurance company was for the wrong leg and was denied. Here it is march 2022 and I just got notified by my insurance company that it was approved. But I've not heard a word from the office and no one seems to be there answering the phone! I will go somewhere else. read more

I hate writing a bad review, but, I feel that I must. I went to this office to eliminate restless leg syndrome. I had a procedure done on the inside of both legs. Three days worth of horrific Medival torture. Firstly, no Novocaine is given, nothing for pain. You feel like you are a experiment. My body was so tense, that my finger nails were imbedded in the palms of my hands, I was so uptight. I cried, which is not the norm for me. Later, I asked the staff why they did not put Novocaine in your legs? Their response was that they couldn't do that at a Doctors office. Yet, when I go to a Dentists office, they never let me feel pain. They numb the area and try to make you comfortable. Shortly after the legs were done, I had been so tense that some discs went out in my back. Told to take Acetaminophen. The pain was horrific. Went back to Vein Nv. they gave me a Ultra sound and told me they didn't do anything. Good news, no blood clot. Bad news, my back is out and eventually I'm at the hospital where they give me 4 types of drugs. After a MRI and X rays, we are able to verify that back is out, three months of grueling pain, then waited two more weeks for spinal shots in the back. Again, very barbaric at Spine Nevada, just shoot the patient with 6 inch shots, no Novocaine, pain, where I am crying and screaming, am told to hold still. 15 Doctors visit to get to this point. Now, I have, no pain, but the pressure makes me feel like my spine is going to explode. In conclusion, NEVER HAVE ELECTIVE SURGERY. Still have restless legs syndrome. P.S. On the second day at this office a older woman came out thru the glass doors and mouthed over to me as she carefully walked out, DO NOT GO IN THERE, I wish I had listened. read more

Think twice and get multiple opinions before having vein procedures on your legs! If you decide to have it, I recommend you don't use Vein Nevada. Dr. Francois talked and joked through all my procedures. I was uncomfortable the whole time. In the end, after almost a year of healing, I still have pain, numbness (because he got too close to the nerves), and restless legs. The procedures are wildly expensive! Clearly these doctors are making a killing on them. I was given a price, verified by my insurance company. I paid my portion in cash prior to the procedures. Then they billed the claims wrong and I got charged an additional $200. When I appealed it, they refused to correct the charges and turned my account over to a collection agency. Now I'm appealing with my insurance company. I've talked to other patients with similar stories. Do your homework and look at other practitioners before deciding! read more
