My service advisor informed me, how my Jeep was doing and when to pick it up. Now, my Bikini Pearl Jeep had its oil changed, multi-point inspection, tire rotation and tire pressure checked. People have no idea how different this bank is, do they?" And she agreed "No they don't!" While she was handling my transactactifon I got up and visited the tray of cookies where I selected a super thin mint Oreo...I didn't know they existed. As I turned around from the cookie plate I was asked by a different teller if I'd like a Latte or something else...? Is this just an unusual day at Plumas Bank? Not really. Yes the live harpists are likely just a Christmas event but as for the cookies and refreshments, the ever present smiles, the cushy seats at the tellers desks, NO LINES, and the general feeling that I'm coming to visit friends instead of transact business...well, that is the normal daily experience of banking here. They also have fundraisers for needy organizations and accept donations when there are food drives and clothing drives. There are NO stuffy banker types in this branch. Everyone I've met is awesome! I do not understand why this bank doesn't have lines of customers backed out the doors. At some point, when the secret gets out, that will likely happen and I will regret writing this review! Until then I will continue to feel that there is NO OTHER BANK LIKE THIS BRANCH. You simply have to go in and check it out for yourself.

They offer a warranty with their financing which seems pretty good. They promptly fixed the chips in the windshield the day I took the car home, Two days later they covered the battery the car needed for free even though it didn't come covered in the warranty. They have plenty of cars to choose from on their lot though and I found something perfect for me that meets my needs. I have had the car 10 days and so far so good. Solid car, and I have piece of mind with the warranty. The only reason they did not get 5 stars from me is there is really no haggle room with pricing, a little high, and they are ruthless when you try. They have called me a few times to check up on me and see how the car is. customer service is good even after the sale which is amazing.
