I had an appointment to see the dermatologist in the same medical building. Signs posted everywhere said not to enter the building without a mask. Usually at medical facilities, they offer you a mask if you don't have one, but the pharmacy wanted to charge me a dollar for a mask that costs pennies. If they were truly concerned with health, they wouldn't try to gouge customers like that. I've never used this pharmacy, and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't use it in the future. read more

I've been a long-time customer and finally got around to writing this review. Sierra Pharmacy is stellar in every way, you can't beat their service and friendliness! The staff is always welcoming and helpful, after all these years it's like seeing old friends. Recently when my daughter was sick they took the time to help me understand what medicine to give her over the counter with her antibiotic. I was worried and had lots of questions that they patiently answered. Both my kids love coming here with me (they have plenty of sweets so it's like candyland for them). Still in need of the covid 19 shot come here. Super Fast and professional. About the only place anywhere in Socal that still has the single dosage Johnson & Johnson vaccine. They carry all the others, but my wife and I wanted to be one and done. They give you your vaccinated card on the spot. They take all kinds of medical insurance to include Medical. Don't waste your time anywhere else and get a same day appointment here. Telling my friends and family members to come here. Wait time was no longer than five minutes. Have placed another review on this pharmacy regarding vaccines but felt I needed to update. I took my child in for second vaccine and had a terrible experience. She made him bleed when giving him the shot and he got bruised. This person was not the same one who did my child's first vaccine who was great and a young man. So beware that if you have a child go with the young man and not the woman, not sure if there is more than one who does the vaccines so sorry I could not be more specific since her hair was covering name badge. I have never experienced any bleeding or bruising with this vaccine nor anyone I know for that matter. My Poor child was already terrified of getting a shot to start of with and I made sure I held his arm to make sure he did not move. I wish she would have been more patient and known when it would be good to prick him. Had blood running down his arm and she did not have any tissue or paper towels to clean it. Hands-down my favorite pharmacy in Town! They have very accommodating services such as compounding medications and in-home vaccinations. My grandpa has trouble swallowing tablets and they were able to make the medication in a liquid form! He was so happy and taking his medication much easier for him now. He also has trouble walking and they were able to give him the vaccination at his house. The staff is always so welcoming and they definitely go the extra mile for their customers. My experience thus far has been amazing. I wanted to get my nephew a vaccine shot and thought we couldn't do it since he had no idea. I had lost hope and disregarded to do the shot for him. Luckily an employee named Michelle called me to remind me of my appointment. She was very flexible and eager to help me and my nephew out. They were very fast once I got in and extremely friendly.
