Typical CVS but always enjoy the many selection of items that are on sale. The only draw back for this specific franchise is always altering or changing items on the floor. I visited this clinic on 10/28. During my appointment, I was offered a Tdap vaccine. I clearly declined several times (at least five), but the staff continued to insist that I needed it. Eventually, I felt pressured and was given the shot even though I had said no. I understand that vaccinations are important and that medical professionals want to keep patients safe, but I believe consent and patient choice are equally important. CVS, what is up? Without any shopping baskets or shopping carts customers cannot have a pleasant experience shopping. We walked in and we asked the gal at the register for a shopping basket or cart she said sorry we don't have those and I was confused as to how am I gonna shop? Am I gonna hold onto every single item how annoying. Things like this I feel that CVS needs to up their game. The shelves look a little empty. There's no sales or any promotions exciting to draw a customer's eye. The employees were more interested in having conversations with each other from across the room, then attending to customers and their questions or concerns. CVS used to be my favorite place to go shop but without any baskets or carts it's just adding to a stressful experience. I picked up a couple of things and afterwards my arms were tired from holding them and avoiding them falling on the floor. With the competition of TikTok in Amazon, I'll do most of my shopping online.. CVS on arrow Highway in San Dimas, treat your customer better, work on making the customer experience more desirable maybe you guys won't go out of business cause that's what it looks like. read more

I was just there right now waiting in line the time was 1:31pm and I needed to pick up prescriptions for my mom nobody else was in line behind me. They said it's lunch we are closed but she was helping someone else. I asked can you just let me pick up my prescriptions you have been bugging me calling me all the time to pickup the prescriptions and the lady says If I help you I'm gonna have to help the next and next person (There was nobody there) I got so frustrated and left. CVS is my go-to pharmacy and this is my favorite location. I prefer CVS to another brand name. I've been using this location for years and enjoy the great service the associates offer here. I was impressed by how patient and nice the associates were during the pandemic. Yesterday a gentleman working as a cashier was very helpful in helping me to use a coupon I received in my email. I have been getting my aunties prescriptions from here for over a year. We moved recently and requested they transfer the reoccurring prescriptions to the new location pharmacy and they requested an address which I provided. They actually said that their company pharmacy address that I provided didn't exist. Isn't that funny because I'm standing here at the pharmacy address I gave them. The pharmacist I spoke to at new address said they probably did it because they don't want to transfer the prescriptions. We're talking about someone's life here people. Decent CVS. This is my go to CVS. The guy that works here is always friendly and is helpful. As for the two other older ladies' they can be rude and not so helpful. Both or one of them is a manger as well. Honestly they both have bad attitudes in my opinion. The last two times one of them seemed a bit more friendly than usual. Pharmacy is convenient if I am shopping here. Pharmacist have been friendly. Its a decent size store and for the most part always clean and organized. Sometimes they run low on items because of the couponing people (Like myself) other than that, There is always plenty of parking and lately I have seen security be more proactive due to some incidents that have occurred in the area in in the store last when I was there. read more

Welcome to what's appears as "you're only a number pharmacy.". I've been waiting for a prescription refill, but the only update is "Your prescription is in process.". When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me it might be 3-4 weeks. This is not a prescription that I can simply stop without concequences. There was no update, no courtesy calls...NOTHING. I asked to speak to the the pharmacy manager (I've called three times and they are simply MIA with no return call). Simply put, they've hung me out to dry and I guess they'll just erase my number. I wish I could give no stars!! Do not use their pharmacy or buy their Extra Care Plus plan. I bought the Extra Care Plus to use the convenient ship my prescription to my home option. The post office lost my package and CVS is not wanting to take any responsibility for it. Alona and Diane at this store are so unhelpful and rude. Been coming to the CVS for 45years and the staff is totally professional and kind! Today we experienced the most rude and unprofessional lady ! Most of the time the pharmacy staff is over and beyond helpful but to my disappointment this lady was not helpful and made me feel like I was a burden on her! We got several calls that our order was ready for pickup so we decided to go in. I ask the lady for my order. She says okay what's your name? So I tell her. She then says we don't have it. I said what? They called and told me it was ready. She says the machine is down. I said it wasn't today. It was last week. So she finds it. Its suppose to be magnets so I tell her. She says we don't have that. The other photo was suppose to be a mount. So she calls for help. The other lady looks around and finds the magnet and stuff to adhere the photo to the magnet. She figured it and did it. She also found the mounts and did that one for us. They were nice people but they should all be trained. The pictures out nice though. read more

I went into the store today around 11am, and experienced the worst customer service at this location. I live 2 blocks from here and I've never had a reason to write a bad Yelp review until today. I was "helped" out by a lady named Olivia and she shows very poor customer service. She's rude, unwelcoming, and puts a bad look on the company. We came in to use the coin star and my grandmother asked the cashier by the name of Margarita if the machine was working. Which we were greeted with an eye roll and rude attitude "I wouldn't know." We used the coin star and we went to cash it in after looking around the store. Margarita was flirting with the guy before us with all smiles and laughing. The pharmacy is complete garbage. They couldn't figure out my insurance and kept telling me that I didn't have any. It was a 5 day back and forth with my insurance and CVS. I would call CVS and give them the number that my insurance provided so they could call and verify. They kept telling me to make the calls but never bothered to call my insurance themselves. At one point they said they were and they would call me back, they never did. I called back and they were extremely rude. They ended up just cancelling my prescription without telling me or trying to solve the problem. Erica behind the pharmacy counter is most unhelpful and lazy. She said that she had to call the nearby pharmacies to know whether they have the medication that this store is out of, and that it was a lot of work so she insisted that I drive to another one to ask instead. This is when the pharmacy and store was slow with a couple of customers total. Unbelievable. I told her I'd go to the San Dimas store and when I arrived, I learned that the Arrow Hwy CVS store did not bother to update their database so I spent another 10-15 mins waiting while the pharmacist in San Dimas instructed them to do it in order for this store to fill the prescription. Really would like more nearby CVS to do well but this place needs a serious morale boost if they want to stay in business. read more

Terrible customer service. I called three times. First person asked if I could hold. I said sure. After 10 minutes I was disconnected. I called back. It rang and rang and rang. I hung up and called back again to which Finally a person who I believe may have been a pharmacist picked up the phone and asked if I could hold. I said no and explained what happen to which she listened, ignored me and placed me on hold. When a person is sick this is the last thing we need. It might have been nice to leave a number to call me back. I have been told target if 100% better. I hate change and just continue ur to try and hang in there. This was an awful experience again.... This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever done business with. The Manager in charge was not being helpful. In fact he offered me a "Print Screen"... Great I'll take that instead of my meds. The blue wearing people all fell in line. I was told multiple times that I could take my business elsewhere. That was the most helpful thing they told me. Oh and my friend was also there and witnessed the confrontation. This is the WORST experience I've ever had and will definitely take my business elsewhere. I remember as a kid when they were Long's. I don't remember such unfounded arrogance spewed at me. So off I go and would advise everyone to avoid the pharmacy there, and just use the supermarket/walgreens. CVS is done. Oh and just for kicks. I'm actually not a fan of this CVS. This is the closest pharmacy to my house and I do come here quite often, but it's entirely by necessity and not so much by choice. This is one of the few CVS locations that I know of that isn't 24 Hours. While in SD for college, perhaps I was spoiled, but all the CVS/Longs/etc. were open all day and night, which was great when we needed some cough medicine, or other liquids that contained alcohol ;) Furthermore, this place is always changing its floorplan. It's not the easiest to navigate since everything's been moved around recently. The only saving grace is that parking is always plentiful here (who shops in Glendora?). read more

Late post...Went to the pharmacy after going to urgent care up the street a few months ago, for myself and my son. It was in the evening, not many people were there. The manager of the store greeted me when I first walked in. Took our prescriptions to the pharmacy. Waited 15 minutes, walking around the store buying junk food and things we didn't need, (that's how they get you, lol), and went to pick up our medicine when we were called. The lady behind the pharmacy counter was really sweet. When my transaction was done, instead of saying your typical "have a good day," she said, "Feel better soon, Yvette!" I HAVE NEVER HEARD A PHARMACIST SAY THAT EVER! It took me by surprise. I told her "Thank you!" And went on my merry way. Because of that, I totally recommend this pharmacy... and that every pharmacy should say that. read more

The pharmacy staff here are super slow and can't even handle 2-3 customers in front of them. No matter what time of day I come here, they are ALWAYS busy . The strange thing is there's NO CARS in the parking lot but staff's car. I don't get it? It's so poorly manage. I would save yourself sometime and go to the one further North. Don't bother calling them, they will put you on hold and not even asking if you want to be on hold. read more
