Just a warning....we hired Chandi & Steve this past May for an installation that was to start on July 8th. I had discussed the fact that I would be traveling from out of state and that we would have electricians and other trades scheduled to come in after they completed their work. The week before the start of the install, I reached out to Chandi to confirm our start date and to review last minute details. I called, texted, and emailed multiple times to no avail. It was the week of the 4th of July so while I was alarmed, I thought there might be a reasonable explanation that they were on vacation and unplugged for the week. Turns out that is not the case. I received an email from them one hour prior to the start of the job stating that they were cancelling (after I was already on the plane). Once again I tried to call and was sent to voicemail but picked up when my client called (because they didn't recognize the phone number). Chandi told my client that she was working on another job that was running late and that she wouldn't be able to help us until September. Not once did she alert me to this, despite my multiple attempts to reach them. Beyond unprofessional.....do not use them! read more
