Our house is 22 years old and has fixtures to match. We contacted Sigma to do the installation of all new fixtures (4 bath lights, 3 fans, and a chandelier). Got a too low price on the install based on the amount of time and the complete rewiring necessary for two of the fans. I felt sorry for the guys, they were there all day and hitting roadblocks. Despite all the extra time and effort that was not accounted for, they STILL honored the original price. Called Sigma Companies yesterday to address a problem in my house that was caused by sub-par electrical work from the original builder that prevented the cable company from installing their service. I called Sigma and they send tech very quickly, he checked the braker, took it out, said braker is fine, it was just stuck. Put it back in, AC started to work. Get this...no charge. They could have easily charged me for service call but they didn't. First class service all around. Super responsive and they help any way they can. This goes back a few months ago in August. I apologize I didn't get a chance to write a great review due to some other pressing things happening. Around August 13th I thought there was an electrical fire in the garage because of a burning smell. I called Sigma's emergency number but I decided not to leave a message because the smell actually dissipated, and figured I would contact their office in the morning. To my amazement Patty called me back even though I didn't leave a message to see if I needed help which was around 1 A.M. and I did speak with her that night but decided to set an appointment in the morning when the office opened. The two gentlemen that came over was Justin and Wolfe. They knew my concern of what happened and thoroughly checked the area where some of the remaining resonance of the smell came from. They determined it was the transformer of the sprinkler's control box that went bad. They also rechecked the area to make sure there would be no future outbreaks of a possible fire. That eased my mind considerably. They were both efficient and very knowledgeable. Plus they ordered a new sprinkler controller for me and they actually came back the next day to install and program it. It was a newer type model and they explained to me how to how use it as well. I even had Wolfe check some of my plug outlets inside the garage and also inside the house too. These guys were great !!!! And they were so nice and pleasant to deal with. They explain everything they do and did not hesitate to answer some of my questions and concerns. They really made my day! This company is the best and everyone who works there is outstanding!
