Called Solution electric for a gfci problem I was having out by my pool. Was able to get an early appointment for the next day. They came out on time, trouble-shot the problem, replaced some wiring and outlet at a reasonable price. Most importantly, they didn't try to upsell or try to sell me on other services. The 240v nema plug burnt out and caught on fire in my garage. It appears the previous owner of the house didn't tighten the wires to the outlet. I had called Solutions Electric Services and a few others. They were the first to come out and provided the services needed. Chris was very informative in regards to what needed to be done and what the cause was for the fire. Both Chris and his fellow tech reinstalled the outlet to their standards and confirmed that the outlet and charger were working again. Very professional at what they do. They did an excellent job down to every detail. Placement of canned lights was mapped out and followed to the tee. Lights switches were matched to the color of the walls and lightbulbs were picked based on their brightness and color. After reviewing a number of electricians, I decided to call Solution Electric Services to help resolve the lack of power in two of my bedrooms. I called around 9:30 am and was informed that someone could come out between 11:30 am - 12:00 pm. Christopher and Luis arrived punctual and professional. They checked all outlets in both rooms before heading to the breaker box. When they opened the box, they discovered I had a blown breaker. They went back to the bedrooms to start troubleshooting the problem. After dismantling all outlets in one bedroom and realizing there was no problem, they went to the second bedroom. The problem outlet was discovered in addition to a malfunctioning light switch. The estimate was not only affordable but they were able to take care of the repairs right then and there. We selected this firm because of good reviews and family owned. We were not disappointed in any way. Chris and Leo did a fantastic job of wiring a TV in the guest bedroom and mounting a new TV in the living room to replace the one they mounted in the guest bedroom. In addition, they found of source of poor wiring for an outside light that took two switches to energize and fixed the problem. On top of that, they replace a burnt our transformer that powered our external low power system and that fixed our illuminated numbers sign, our doorbell, and garage door emergency stop system.
