Do not trust them with your car! There is a law in the state of Texas called the Bailee law, and they ARE responsible for damages to your car because of their negligence. They also left blue paint marks from another car from opening a door and hitting my car, Also took a big chunk out of drivers side door panel. Did not top off my coolant tank also when I asked to fill it. After spending almost $6,000, you would think they would treat customers better. I will never go back and considering taking them to court for damages and I will win according to law. Pretty sad place. Signs of a bad Auto Repair Shop: They did everything they could to try and get out of THEIR responsibility to take care of customers cars. Manager was even very rude and condescending. It would have been easier and quicker to trade for a new car, but the commitment to another four or five years of car payments doesn't make financial sense. After checking at several paint and body shops in the Rockwall/Rowlett/Wylie area, I realized paint and bodywork on my car was going to be more expensive and take longer than I had expected. However, the total cost of paint and bodywork at Rockwall MAACO was a small fraction of what a new car would cost, so I made the decision to have the work done at MAACO, and I am really happy with the results. MAACO, paint tech, Brad, and Customer service rep, Shannon, were very helpful and walked me through the process from start to finish. I now have my low mileage 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe looking as gorgeous as any new car on the lot. I highly recommend MAACO Rockwall services.
