They will waste your time, your money, and your patience. When I pointed this out, they shrugged it off and tried to upsell me on even more repairs. The shop itself is a mess--looks like no one there has cared in years. Phones go unanswered, no one knows what's going on, and accountability is nonexistent. I wouldn't trust these people to check tire pressure, let alone touch a transmission. Save yourself the headache. Go literally anywhere else. Hopefully this shop can serve the city better when it gets turned into a parking lot.

Was expecting an enormous bill due to the time they put in to the diagnosis and was shocked when I was given the total. Not only were they way under what I was expecting, but they explained the issues they found and what all they did. Great customer service and friendly technicians!!
