I trusted them with my car and through their negligence car was damaged. I talked with the manager to see if he would help with the repairs and he laughed at me. Said it was an older car and it should have damage on it anyway! Also said "We are not responsible for damage to customers cars" My car was in perfect condition when I brought it in to them! Do not trust them with your car! There is a law in the state of Texas called the Bailee law, and they ARE responsible for damages to your car because of their negligence. They also left blue paint marks from another car from opening a door and hitting my car, Also took a big chunk out of drivers side door panel. Did not top off my coolant tank also when I asked to fill it. After spending almost $6,000, you would think they would treat customers better. I will never go back and considering taking them to court for damages and I will win according to law. Pretty sad place. Signs of a bad Auto Repair Shop: They did everything they could to try and get out of THEIR responsibility to take care of customers cars. Manager was even very rude and condescending. I guess the ultimate question is: Would you bring your car to a shop that is not responsible for damage to your car? Update: Also found a bunch of loose screws in the cup holder and console. Must have come from the dash when they pulled it out. I do have a witness and video and audio proof and pictures!

The owner made a list of our concerns and said he'd get back to us in the afternoon. They called back an hour or so and gave us a reasonable quote and we okayed him to work on it. I was expecting them to wait a day or two to get back and we were pleasantly surprised my car was ready for pick up early afternoon! He let me turn on the ignition and it was all better! Same bs from before same everything as usual I was in complete shock a after finding out cabin filter was $49.99 I tell you what I'm never returning to this location or any other kiwi kar oil change again the guy said they have the same prices since 3 years ago I call it bullshit !
