Over the past years Nick and the TenPointTEAM has been there in every way they can to fix my issues and frankly , calm me down about everything. I am prone to worrying about things i can not do myself. I have always been satisfied with the work and the courteous demeanor of every one there. I am not a single time customer. I have taken my car there over these years with all different problems and every time the office has worked with me . i dont wanna forget that they have saved my hide with things time and time again. last time i went in for service, as i was leaving , Nick stopped me because he noticed and showed me my tail light was out. .. and replaced it quickly. saved me from a ticket there no doubt . another time while we were looking at the car he noticed in the leaves under the windshield was a crumbled up parking ticket i never knew i had . Every time, each of the workers ,from Sharon in the office to all the guys in the garage, are smiling, nice, and are always helpful. They…read moreremoved original Lexus wipers for $150 ea in PERFECT CONDITION and installed the wipers that do not fit the model and do not hide under the hood as original. Any mechanic knows that you do not replace the wipers arm on Lexus cars but only the rubber. When we came to pick up the original wipers they were broken in the garbage and now we have to buy the original wipers. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place

The establishment's owner, Nelson is a rare breed. He's been in the business for decades, he is someone who you can be certain will not try to dig in your pockets. He will give you a fair price upfront because most importantly, he is honest. Secondly, they do really good work here. Just go check them out and get an estimate if you need assistance. They did further recommend that I replace my tires--I can't tell if that was upselling or legit--I had a recall and asked the dealer to take a look; they said I should replace them relatively soon but that also it could wait a bit. The other thing I found irksome was that I got a parking ticket notice in the mail a few weeks after the battery replacement that was clearly received while the car was here and parked on their block. I will say to their credit that they acknowledged it right away and paid it without fuss (or to be specific, reimbursed me, as by the time I received the notice the ticket was close to overdue, forcing me to pay it immediately online), but I still found it to be a nuisance. Whether the ticket was a rare occurrence for them or just a built-in expected cost for parking on city streets, I feel like they should have been aware and paid the ticket without my having to get the notice and call them to deal with it, wait to be reimbursed, etc. They did follow up a couple of times to ask if repairs were acceptable and car was running well. So I'm legitimately torn. Many positives here--it feels hard to find an honest and efficient mechanic--I will probably return the next time I have an issue, but I wouldn't say I'm fully devoted yet, as one would like to be for their car repair, and would pause and consider another option if I can find a better local rec.

I came at 915 am and stayed till 5 pm. I watched all day do nothing. Than at 4 pm the parts show up . And James his mechanic installs the blower motor within the hour. Than comes the shock. He wants $575 for labor and $245 for parts plus tax and if I use a Cc 3% surcharge. Of course I use my Cc can't use American express only visa. Another new mechanic pulls his car behind my car as to trap me in. So I can't leave without paying him his padded bill . I am so shocked I have been a customer since 1985.
