After dialing through several services I landed on H&K and spoke with Henry. He assured me he'd be available during time I needed him (within just a few days) and we spoke about the detail packages he offered. He happened to be in my area so I texted my address and he arrived within 5 minutes. After looking over my SUV he gave a quote and we booked a time. I ended up having some drama with the vehicle so we had to reschedule. Again, I called last minute and Henry was able to accommodate my short time frame. Out of the gate, I was already impressed with H&K's flexibility and willingness to help a customer in need. On the day of the detail Henry showed up with his rig, ready to go. He took his time washing, cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, buffing our SUV to every little detail. He worked on areas I would probably never think of- he cleaned the inside of our air vents, removed acrylic paint from a small area in the back seat, buffed out a large area of light scratches, cleaned the wheels to perfection and conditioned the leather interior. I had walked outside once or twice to check in and Henry did an awesome job stopping to explain what he was doing, what products he used (and why they were superior to other competitors), etc. It was nice to know his experience translated not only to an exceptional detail but also trade secrets/tricks to bring new life back to certain areas that needed the extra attention. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with H&K's detail. Henry spent 3 hours cleaning every inch of my SUV paying careful attention to every aspect of the cleaning, inside and out. He cleaned the door jams, the underside of moldings, the nooks and crannys most places would likely overlook. It was this extra effort that will definitely bring me back to H&K and also refer to friends and family. I feel the pricing is competitive and worth every cent. Henry will accommodate your needs and try to work within your budget and, as explained earlier, he will show flexibility with scheduling. I was given a few tips and tricks that I can apply to future washes when I clean interior or specific parts of my vehicle. I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. From the moment I contacted Race Day Mobile Detailing, their customer service was excellent…read more I sent them pictures of my car and all the buffer swirl marks left on it by the dealer. They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. I highly recommend Race Day, as someone that has used them, and will use them again.
