Quit stealing shit out of my car. The only thing that's missing is an air freshener from another car wash which was just done 10 minutes prior. I'm guessing they thought that by taking that I would use their car wash, but I'm not sure what they're thinking. They're gonna take a $.10 or whatever it cost a car wash air freshener and they're gonna lose a customer that gets their oil change almost every other month. Just makes me think what have they taken out of other customers cars that they have not noticed. I have a whole thing full of change in my center console now I'm wondering if I need to start counting that just to see if they took a quarter or two. read more

I am confused. Their website shows their hours of operation. It stated they open at 7am. I arrived at 7:05am to get an oil change before work this morning and they were closed. I waited another 5 minutes and they were still closed. I left and went to Apache Junction and got my oil changed. read more

Broke the skid plate on my car after an oil change. I could not get anyone to answer the phone so I went to the place of business to address the issue. They refused to replace/fix it and were very rude about it. Even though I came in 3 days after my oil change they refused to acknowledge it was their fault. So they can kiss my patronage goodbye. Took my car for an oil change. They did not do it correctly. Now my car doesn't have the right level of oil and I am not comfortable driving it. Now I cannot get them on the phone to just tell me what the oil is so I can add some and solve the issue myself. read more

I did try and reach out to you my email and phone with no reply. You have a great guy working there too bad you do not treat your customers good especially I was a longtime monthly person. As a matter of fact I paid the monthly rate for unlimited and really may have gone 3 times a month. You shouldn't charge a long time customer the higher rate because I needed to change my cc no. I come here once or twice a week. Very good wash, like the vacuum stations out back. They are covered and it's busy but not crowded. Very open easy to get in and out. The staff are very nice and friendly!! I live within 2 miles of a car wash but drive 6 miles to come here!!!! read more

I have used this place for 4 years now with all my vehicles. Dave is awesome and doesnt miss a beat when it comes to finding issues. Oil changes done correctly should not be done quickly. I have never had an issue with this business and will contuinue to utilize there services. read more

Quick and convenient. Got my oil changed and a car wash in probably 30 minutes, on a Sunday. Great guys working there too.

This place is a joke. I visited the lube center here for service on my vehicle. Tech (Dylan) performed the service and I was notified it was complete. I looked under the truck to make sure zerts were greased, however they were not. I asked the tech about it and he responded with he forgot and would take care of it. While backing my truck back into the bay the tech drove into one of the 55 gallon barrels, while also driving onto the grate of the pit. After several attempts I asked the tech to get out of my truck and I pulled in in myself. A couple hundred miles later and my transfer case failed while driving. I had the truck towed and the shop said the transfer case was out of fluid. After finding out this information I went back to Quick N Clean and confronted the tech on services performed and he stated he had a bad day that day and forgot to check and add fluids. Contacted manager (Jeremy) several times and was finally informed that owner isn't willing to cover damages. read more

BEWARE--DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE QUICK N CLEAN Car Washes. Outrageously terrible. I entered the car wash tunnel with a perfect 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and I exited with 3/4 of my rear bumper and its associated sensors dragging on the ground behind me. I filled out a suspiciously brief "claim form" and was told someone would contact me in a few days. After 2 days of no contact, I contacted my USAA insurance. They tried all the emails and phone numbers for the manager and owner. There were no replies to their numerous voicemails and emails over the course of 7 days. I tried contacting all the emails and phone numbers over that period and met with the same results--no replies or call-backs. After 7 days, I was able to find the owner's name (Richard Karle) and address through the Arizona Corporation Commission (it is public information). I sent a legal Final Demand Letter to him informing hm that I was to be reimbursed the $1510 repair bill (I have a high deductible so I had to pay $1000 to retrieve my car after repair). Upon receiving my Final Demand Letter, the manager (Jeremy Clark) contacted USAA and denied responsibility. All the claims people at USAA said this is essentially the standard non-reply-followed-by-denial hat characterizes car washes. So, USAA will attempt to subrogate the money from either the owner or their insurance company. Otherwise, it is off to Small Claims Court. As a physician at a correctional facility, I know that many released felons can only find employment a car washes. Perhaps this is how the principals of Quick N Clean started out. read more

My father took his car in for a quick oil change. It was taking much longer than expected. When he inquired, he was told he had a terrible anti freeze leak. They said the over flow was empty so they opened the radiator cap and the radiator was almost empty and because the gauge was not reading hot, there must also be a problem with the sending unit. Of course, they could fix it. He parks the van on cardboard in his garage everyday. He knew he did not have a leak. He was then charged to re fill the antifreeze and warned there also was a transmission leak. When he got home he found anti freeze sprayed all over the top of the motor. We now have to clean up their mess. I hope the oil was actually changed. Apparently they thought they could take advantage of him because he is older. They were wrong. I let him know I would warn others of their unscrupulous business practices. All Gold Canyon residents - Just stay away. read more

Bait and switch tactics. Coupon for oil change "presented" but not honored. They (Ben in this case) asked about oil type requested and I answered "cheapest" but I guess that was wrong answer. So I got advertised penzoil and charged extra $12 dollars. Ben was rude and after numerous oil changes over past 4+ years, I will not return. After the work was completed, the technician tried to charge me $31 and informed me that I needed to present the coupon when ordering. ???? I got a $3 touch up wash on Monday the 22nd of January, as I pulled onto the highway leaving the car wash my Grand Cherokee broke down. I must add I have been going here since it opened and have never encountered any problems before this.When the new Jeep was taken to the dealer they found multiple plastic bags in my throttle body and wrapped around the air filter which they said was soaking wet and deformed from the vacuum and the bag being pulled through. I took this to the manager there this morning and instead of at least offering to look into it he acted as if I were an idiot.It could have come nowhere but from the tunnel car wash as the air intake is in the left front wheel well. So I have begun the a small claims case against them since the manager was an arrogant jerk. This cost me $190 plus towing. I don't know what happened to this place but I would not recommend it to anyone nor go there again myself. read more
