53 minutes ago Just walked out of there with the most patchy nails I have ever seen. Didn't even leave a dollar for tip and I never did that in my life. $80 for mani and pedi is a price I'm willing to pay for a good job not patchy nails and uneven toes. The toes look horrible, I got a feeling they are either using cheap/expired product or they are stingy with the product. The nails are extremely patchy with white spots. It's insane for $80. I read the bad reviews and give this place a chance anyway. My second red flag should've been when I walked into an empty salon. Anywhere worth going to is usually packed. Asked for powder dip mani with square shape and regret even going. All of my nails are on different angles, some square some round, and super bulky. The most half assed work I've ever had, looks like I did it myself. The tech (not sure who I had, no one was wearing name tags like other places) barely filed off my enamel, and then barely filed down the dip after it was activated, so now they are all lumpy with ridges and within less than 24 hours they are already lifting and chipping. I usually get four weeks out of a mani, but these I will be lucky to get one let alone two. read more

Can't believe I am writing this review... Worst manicure of my life. Hands down! I don't know if it was Trina's first time doing dip or what, but this was the first time in my life that I left a nail salon and didn't pay.. I was actually in tears because of how bad these were and knowing I'd have to go home and get them all taken off. The color was not what was on the swatch, the liquid was likely contaminated from a previous manicure with a pink or red tint. Then she got fuzz in my nail, and dip allll over my cuticles. When I told her the color was off they tried telling me it was the same - it wasn't at all and it was too obvious for them to deny when I put my finger next to the swatch! This is pink and the color I chose was actually a warm white (286 if you go there). They said they'd put gel on top of this to make it the right color but I said I didn't have time nor want anymore work on these nails because I could already tell they were horrible. She started globbing gel top coat on before I could stop her and they're been worse than they were with just the dip!!! They told me to pay then come back and get it fixed and I said I'm not paying for this manicure. I'm sure if you get one of the workers here who know what they are doing your nails will be fine, but I'll never go here again. I went here for the first time in a year (about 4 weeks ago) and it is under new management. I asked for gel nails (full set) because I'm sererely allergic to acrylic. I told the person on the phone, the recepetionist when I arrived and the technician when I sat down. "Hard Gel a full set". all was fine until I glanced to see the manicure of the woman sitting next to me and tech took out POWDER ACRYLIC POWDER and was putting it on my nail. I said "Wait, that's acrylic..., I am severely allergic to acrylic! " She looked dumbfounded. She then wiped it off and got out the gel. I think she put on 4 coats of gel... typically it is ONE thin coat... mabe a little second if the finish needs smoothing. I felt like a prisoner. The nails were awful.... super THICK and ridiculous. I could not have been more unsatisfied and will never go back. When I got to Florida, I went into a salon and the technitian asked if I had had my nails done locally. It took her 30 minutes to sand down my nails to anything somewhat human and not animal. I don't know where these people came from, but STAY AWAY. read more

this nail salon has recently changed management and not for the better, i visited this weekend with a reservation. the entire pedicure took 20 minutes and included a 30 second scrub and lotion leg massage, this is completely unacceptable. While the hot towel is included there are no longer any hot stones. My daughter was charged an extra $5 for her foot scaling with no prior warning. after going to signature for years my three girls and me will be looking for a different salon. this is not a spa. the atmosphere has also changed and is not friendly to handicapped customers. read more

Service was questionable. Booked an appointment here as I last minute could not get into my usual salon. Bad mistake. They added a tip which popped right off in days which i have never had happen before with a dip manicure. not to mention then the tip fell off i came to see whatever was done killed my nail. Signature nails was the first good manicure I found since moving to the area a few months ago. Staff is always nice and accommodating. Most local salons don't seem equipped to work on long nails but signature always makes me feel beautiful. Absolutely love them read more

Let me start by saying that Chloe is an amazing nail artist. But if you get anyone but Chloe, you will probably have a bad experience. Let me tell you about mine: i brought in a picture to copy of my nails gradually going purple. They used - purple, red, black, and white. in the first 10 minutes she made 3 of my cuticles bleed and proceeded to pour alcohol on them, which was very painful. She also used a drill to get my regular chipped nail polish off. She drilled my natural nails two more times, they are more ruined than if I got acrylic nails (these were gel). I asked her with the first coat on one nail if I could change the color and she said that with a second it will work and continues. This happened with 3 of the nail. She put six coats on some, three on others, and one on another. It was goopy and peeled off in layers for the next few days. I painted over it because it was so horrible and I had a photoshoot the next day. My tech was also very annoyed with me after I asked for a different color and it was very uncomfortable. this is the worst experience I have ever had at a nail place. I paid $50 for this horrible experience. it also took me 2 hours to get the gel off. I was in pain. It was the worst mani ever.please only use Chloe. read more

1 star is being generous. I have tried signature nails 4 or 5 times now since I moved to Doylestown because it is down the street from my home, and I like to support local businesses. Today however was the last time I will be visiting. I made an appointment for my daughter and myself, we were both getting refills with gel polish. One person started working on my nails then left and went to work on someone else, they then told me to go to another chair where another women (Trina) continued to do my nails. She did a horrible job with the drill and cut me several times, each of my nails were a different shape. I asked for them to be rounded some were squarish, some pointy and were left very lumpy, when asking if she could fix them she told me no she liked them. The polish was applied like my 5 year old niece did them and on top of everything else it took 1.5 hours for a refill. When I went to pay for my daughter and I's nails today the prices magically changed and we each had to pay $10 more then we did two weeks ago when I questioned why they said it was because of the color polish we choose. Neither of us got designs or any crazy polish to warrant this. I explained that when we were in two weeks ago we paid a different price and I said that if their prices keep changing I won't be coming back. No one seemed to care! Beware because every time I have gone I have had the same service with a basic polish and every time I have been charged a different amount. This salon is the absolute worst in the area, and they do not care about the customers and have no quality standards. Do not give them your money, I promise you that you can get a much better nail tech anywhere then the rude people that overcharge and price gouge at this salon. I will never give them my money again. $53 for a standard gel refill is crazy!! I have never written a review before for anything but signature nails ruined my day and my nails!! I have been to almost every nail salon in Doylestown, I have lived here for 10 years and since the first time I walked in I have only gone to signature nails for over a year because they have the best prices, they are by far the friendliest salon I have ever been to they always make everyone feel beyond welcome, and they make sure every single nail is exactly to my liking I have had some crazy designs and crazy requests and they always make me happy I have never left unhappy. I went out of my way this morning to download this app and make an account just because I saw reviews of patchy and bad work which just is not true. I STRONGLY recommend anyone searching for a friendly salon of extremely talented technicians to walk in or make an appointment!! read more

It's a 50/50 chance if you get good nails or not. I use this nail salon quite a bit and while I am usually happy with the product (acrylic nails), it's the days after that matter. About half the time I go there, I have nails for exactly 2 days before the first one comes off. I got nails done for graduation a week ago and loved them... until they all started falling off. I would just flip a page in a book, or pick something up and off they would come. They where so poorly applied that I've decided to just take them off (and I can do it at home because they are popping off as I gently tug on them). Needless to say, I will not be going back again. As far as customer service, I will say they have 2-3 women who are some of the nicest women I've met. Unfortunately I don't remember their names, but they are always kind and friendly. Most of the others don't say much, which is also fine. But I will add the last experience I had there I witnessed a young lady being ridiculed by staff because she sat down to get a full set of acrylics (what her appointment was for) and the gentleman working on her nails didn't say anything to her and just began with a regular manicure. When she mentioned it was her first time and she was getting acrylics he got angry and employee next to him started getting angry with the her and they both blamed the customer for not saying anything before he did the beginning of a regular manicure. All of the customers in the facility seemed appalled they were freaking out on the poor girl because the male employee had simply sat down and started working with no communication. Overall, the entire facility is a hit or miss as to whether you'll get good nails and good service. But I can no longer afford to keep taking that risk. read more

I went there for the first time today and the lady doing my pedicure ripped off about a quarter of my toenail with her cuticle cutters. I immediately started bleeding. She brushed it off like nothing happened and never apologized. The massage was about 15 seconds on each leg. The paint job of the nails have streaks and is uneven. The women here say yes to everything I asked them to do but it soon became clear that they were just saying yes to appease me. I asked them not to touch the length and sure enough she kept filing my nails shorter and shorter. Completely missed the mark on the shape I wanted, even after I showed them a picture. I ended up having to fix the shape at home. I also had to get my nails done a week early bc one of the nails broke, just snapped off. Which was no big deal until it happened AGAIN one week later. Went back, got that taken care of. The next day, not even 24 hours later, another one of my nails broke. Whatever product they use, or their technique, is not working!!! the keeps adding up! I will be finding a new place to get my nails done. One where I don't have to go 3 times in 2 weeks. read more
