I am very sad - I have been a loyal customer for over two years. First time in a long time I had a chip in my nail - I walked in to see if I could get it fixed. My tech Sam came to fix it - should have been a 5 min job but turned into an hour and a half ordeal. The owner seems to be holding a grudge against me because I ask for a specific tech. Even though there were people not working that could easily paint my nail I was ignored. And Sam was yelled at when he tried to time fixing my nail with the service he was providing to someone else. I didn't expect special treatment but my nail failed after only a week and should have been fixed with a smile - not with ignoring me and spite. That is not customer service and I won't be back - Tina - do better with people that are loyal to you. read more

Not a day has gone by without someone complimenting my classy purple tip nails! I've been coming here for over a year now and I absolutely love this place!! I came in with acrylic nails, wanting a removal and gelx set I called beforehand to see if if there was anybody who knew how to do gelx at that salon. The removal was fine. She was going to pop them off and I had to ask her to soak them and file them. They were trying to get me to do more acrylics and to get a fill. I've never been to a salon that pre-prepped all 10 nails with the gel and left them sitting on a paper towel under the lamp. They were not directly under the lamp, but the little purple lamp was shining on the gel, causing them to cure. Also put like the smallest amount of product possible on each nail I've had gelx and anytime I've gotten it. They did one nail at a time. She was forgetting to turn the lamp on before she put my finger on it. I had one hand soaking and one hand getting nails put on it and she's asking me to turn the lamp on for her. Because she pre-prepped the nails she did and left them under the lamp. The gel did not spread correctly under my nail. She did three fingers on one hand, two fingers on another one and then quickly just cut them off and started the removal process again I was OK when she removed the first three nails I was like whatever but then she did my other hand and put two on that hand and then started removing them on that hand too and it's like, I'm telling you you're doing incorrectly and that's why the gel is not spreading to the tips of my fingers. At this point, I just asked her to finish the removal and let me leave. I am traveling so the hotel that I'm staying at I asked for suggestions from the front desk and the girl literally told me that she had came to the salon before and her nails were lifting and popping off with one week. She said she definitely did not recommend this salon. I'm salty I asked after the fact. Lol read more

I've been going here for about 1 1/2 years and I think they do a great job. I've done acrylic which always look perfect, the few times I've gotten a shellac manicure they've lasted 2 weeks (works great when you're trying to grow out your nails after taking off acrylics) and the standard mani/pedi's which always look great. I've never had a problem or complaint! They take credit cards but cash is required for tipping. read more

I used to come here for years. Its been a while since my last mani and pedi so i decided to stop in and boy will i not be returning. All i wanted was a mani and pedi shellac and the entire time both nail techs were trying to convince me to do more and more. One even said my eye brows needed to be touched up and asked if i needed them done... first off i wanted my eye brows done id say so, but thanks for your opinion. That also went the majority of your tip. I have no promblem techs asking me for an upgrade on my service but in this way they were doing it, the more they asked and when i said no, my overall pedi or mani wouldnt be as enjoyable....all i wanted was a gray color and one nail with a sparkle and it seemed so hard for them to remember. One nail tech did my pedi and one did my mani i have her money my tip and she questioned who got what.... i said split. Stop questioning my tip. The overall customer service has gone to pits here... if im going to spend 50 plus on my nails i will go somewhere eles. read more

They have poor management. The pretentious managers are totally unprofessional. They are merely uneducated skilled workers trying to run a business. The first time I ever went there, a friend of mine made a reservation for three for our pedicure day a week in advance. This would be my third pedicure experience ever in my whole 35 years of existence so I was really looking forward to a great day. It turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had! When the three of us arrived at our scheduled pedicure appointment, there were only two ped spa chair that were open. Needless to say, one of us left. The one who left is actually a frequent customer here. She's the one that suggested this place for our ped spa day. My friend was concerned about these people might lose a long time customer and also concerned that she had offended her best friend because she's the one who made the reservation on the phone. So after getting our nails done my friend suggested that we should at least try to get a coupon discount for her friend who had left to help keep her as a customer and also because she was feeling somewhat accountable which in my opinion she absolutely did everything right. We were appalled at what happened next. My friend and I ended up being humiliated by the front desk help in front of all their customers. I was only trying to educate them about how to deal with unsatisfied customer/s in the most professional manner and the front desk woman (short, petite, rude, ill-mannered) started yelling at me and my friend like we were robbers. BTW, I was paying with my visa card while this was going on and the front desk woman looked at the receipt and then loudly told everyone in the room my full name! I was unbelievably shaken out of fury! My friend suggested that we just leave. There's no way we can rationalize with idiots. I totally won't recommend this place. Terrible experience! read more

This used to be my go-to nail salon but I feel its quality has slipped recently. There are a lot of "new" nail polishes in the glass case that are clearly old because the colors have separated. I've witnessed them squirting nail polish remover into the polish bottles in an effort to thin the polish and keep it going. It's getting a little dirtier inside. I went here for a basic pedicure today. I did not have an appt but got right in. This is not a fancy place, but it is clean and nice. It doesn't smell like chemicals like some salons. The woman did a thorough and very nice job. She didn't talk much, but I'd rather not have to make small talk with a stranger. They have quite a wide selection of colors. I'm not impressed. I've been there a few times, only because it is close to me, but not going back. The only one that does the nails pretty well is the man "Tony". He takes his time and does a good job. As far as everyone else that's a NO! and some don't take there time especially the lady at front desk she rushes. Came in for a manicure and pedicure, just the basic. By the time she finished with my pedicure which was first, i was almost asleep. The manicure was good, she was able to clean up the hang nails and my cuticles. No polish, just buff. I notice that towards the end of my service they began to get busy and ended up calling in more techs in to service the people that were waiting. read more

Went here often because it was close to my house. Finally tried shellac, got it done on a Friday and by Monday my shellac was peeling off and french had turned yellow. I called Q and T to complain. They told me they have never heard of this happening to other customers with french shellac and that I had to of gone in a tanning bed or worked with chemicals(which I hadn't) and they couldn't guarantee that they would fix it for free. Needless to say, I didn't go back there and will never go back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

After going to T&Q salon for 6 months, all my toes developed discoloration and fungus. I won't be going back here. I've been getting pedicures for over 15 years and I've never had a problem like this before. I don't think they sterilize any of their equipment. And I think you get what you pay for. At the upscale salons, you can expect to pay $60 or more for a pedicure. This place charges $36 for a mani/pedi combined so don't expect quality foot care. They are precise and listen to what you want exactly. Very good at shaping nails and the color is veryp/*precise on your nails! I dont know where this other review came from but its totally not true! I get excellent service whenever I go there, which is every 2-3 weeks for a fill/pedi. The front desk person, who is my preferred tech always takes her time and does my nails well. I am ALWAYS complimented on how beautiful my nails look. They don't come off, chip or look bad. They also take very good care of my feet. I'm a diabetic so they make sure the water is not too hot and they check for anything unusual that I am unable to do for myself. I have recommended this salon to others that also like it. In regard to the comment about the manager being 'uneducated', she has been going to college and getting good grades so I'd be very careful before using that description. I'd send my mother there and I'm extremely picky about who takes care of her. read more
