The normally cook them medium but I request medium well and I thought it was perfect! They use all locally grown/manufactured products which was such a nice touch. While I still prefer a more "purist" approach to bbq, I did appreciate the new flavor combination and would happily order it again. The fries were cooked perfectly and came out hot and fresh. Everyone working the truck that day was friendly and cheerful and even the truck itself is colorful, inviting and visually representative of the brand they are selling.
