The walls are covered in ribbons from competitions that he won. I didn't even bother counting. There must be over 300 of them from all over the country. However, you would never know it from Paul's personality. He was gracious and rather humble considering the amount of success he has had. I explored his shop and just totally "geeked out" over the stuff he has. His prices are very reasonable and he is full of great advice. I don't live in the area but I would make the hour drive to Willimantic anytime I want to upgrade my equipment or get some great brewing advice. Make sure you call ahead because his hours are not always the best but this reason alone is not enough to justify giving this shop any less than 5 stars.
