They always have ample amount of staff that can quickly help to get you out as quick as possible and do so with a smile. Being open on the weekends and until 7 o'clock helps a lot when I am at work from early morning until into the evening hours. I also got my passport photo done here for $15 and I can't begin to say how much care Sergio put into the photos. He was patient, took multiple photos till I was approving and even made sure to cut them properly. I will always be back to this location when I am shipping anything.

I needed a 16x20 print for a retirement party gift for our department's beloved former Chair, who served us for decades. FedEx charged me $20 for a product that was completely unusable due to poor print quality. When I asked for help, the staff simply blamed my file, but they completely lacked the expertise or willingness to provide any actual guidance on how we could improve the image quality from our end. Instead of helping a customer solve a problem, they took my money and left me completely stranded right before a major event. Unfortunately, this is not my first issue here. I've used this location in the past for community event materials, and the quality was consistently bad. Because this store is so close and convenient, I really wanted to be able to use them, but after so many bad experiences and zero effort to help a customer in a pinch, I plan to never enter this store again. Thankfully, another company (Dollar Bill Printing) was able to take the exact same file, instantly catch what needed to be fixed, and print it flawlessly same day. They even drove to our office to hand deliver it. If you need professional-grade printing, helpful staff, or reliable service for an important event, I recommend avoiding this FedEx location.

So we stopped in to order on a Friday what we needed and were given a quote with delivery available on the next Monday! We paid (was under $50 so paid in full when we ordered) and left. 30 minutes later we received proofs to review on email, picked what we liked, and confirmed. Shortly after that we received the final proof. Monday early afternoon we were notified that the sign we ordered was ready for pick up, which we did. It was exactly what we were expecting so we immediately went out and put the sign up. We were really impressed with how fast (it's in their name) this whole thing went including a weekend.
