I physically visited their office with copies of my company's business cards and letterhead and asked for them to reproduce the materials exactly in a fairly large quantity (for a small business of approximately 10 employees). The company faxed various "proofs" to me and I approved them. But since they were faxed, obviously, they didn't show color. When the order was completed, they shipped the order to me. But when the order arrived, the colors were COMPLETELY wrong. I immediately called and told them so. However, the company refused to fix their error. First they said I didn't give them a color code. I explained not only did they never ask for one, I didn't know what a color code was. I told them I personally delivered copies of our existing letterhead and business cards to them and instructed them to match the colors and design exactly and that they said they could do that. At that point they said they never received any of the materials. I asked to speak to my Customer Service rep, whom I met with when placing the order. His name was "Dean." Dean continued the lie that they never received a copy of our business cards or letterhead to compare colors. At this point I am fuming. I tell Dean that I met with him personally and that he took my materials from me himself. He continues telling me he never received them. I ask if they never received them, how were they able to duplicate the design layout for me to proof? He simply restated, "We never received copies of your business cards or letterhead." This went round and round. With me telling Dean that I sat at a table with him, gave him the materials personally, and wondered how they could matched the design layout perfectly if they never received the items I gave him. And Dean just kept replying, "We never received copies." Finally, I asked to talk to the owner "Barry". They refused to let me speak to him. But they said they discussed the matter with Barry who refused to rerun the order. They said, Barry would let us keep the incorrect order at half price or they would come and pick up the incorrect order they sent and not charge us for it. However, they refused to correct their mistake and redo the order correctly. I told them to pick up their order and that we'd be finding a new printing service. Stay far away from this company. There are much better, and more reputable, print shops out there than these people.

I cannot recommend Venture Grafix enough! The Business: The shop owner Ray is a great guy to work with. You can tell right away that honesty and quality are trademarks of this business. He did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the progress of my new baby (I only had 7 miles with it between dealership and Venture Grafix) and I was pretty grateful. Payment was simple and Ray was awesome about providing any information I asked for. (I have a lot of questions) The Wrap: The technician Devan definitely knows his stuff. His work is top notch, removing handles and mirrors, etc., and the finish is gorgeous! I'm happy to say that my truck is everything I hoped for in the end and worth every penny in my opinion. Bonus: If you visit the shop you get to meet Bella, who may be the sweetest dog you'll ever be trapped by. Yes, she will sit or lay on your feet so you can't leave. I priced Fathead and a few other online custom logo printers and then I noticed Eight Mile Signs across from my office. They're actually Michigan Barricade Company but Nicole heads up an interoffice printing business. I stopped in and told her what I wanted, sent her a pdf. file and the specs I was looking for, and within a few days she contacted me that my logo was finished and ready for pickup. I inspected the work, picked it up today and it looks fantastic...I'll post pics once we have it laid up in the entrance way. For a circular logo about 3' tall, die cut, with the background cutaway leaving just our lettering and logo it was just under $60. The edges are clean, the lettering is perfect and the logo is precise. I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for a vinyl business logo. They also do vinyl wraps for cars and sports equipment decals, etc. Pricing is on par or better than online companies and they're local. Totally worth a looksee if you're in the market for vinyl signage!
