He was very meticulous and overall, I was extremely satisfied with the completed art piece. On the way we passed by Dragonland Tattoo and decided to walk in and see what it's like. As soon as we walked in you could tell it was a reputable shop. The wall was covered in Best Of and NTA awards. I've been wanting to get a star tattoo for a few years now and was surprised to find that they could get me in pretty much right away, so I figured what the heck let's do it! I got a quarter size outline of a star on my right wrist and it took all of 30 minutes from when we walked in just to check it out to walking out with my tat exactly how I had imagined :) My niece's boyfriend got a rose tattoo on his forearm and was able to get in right after me. Our artist Dustin was awesome and eased my tattoo anxiety, making my experience go much more smoothly than my overthinking brain expected. I would encourage an appointment and consultation for most tattoos as we got small, simple ones that didn't really require one. I will definitely be back if I work up the courage to start the sleeve tattoo I've been thinking about getting. I would highly recommend Dragonland Tattoo, 5 stars from us!!!

A friend of mine had gotten inked here before, so when I was visiting we spur-of-the-moment decided to go back and walk in to see if we could get another, since she had enjoyed her first experience so much. That's also nice- you can walk in a lot of days here and get tattooed. Since covid that can be hit or miss to come by, and having to set an appointment can be such a pain. So, we walked in and they told us (3 of us wanting to get tatted, by the way) to come back in an hour and they'd squeeze us in, and that's exactly what they did. We all got tattooed by 3 different artists, and it was such a fun time. Everyone in the shop is super laid back and just enjoying the vibes and you could feel it. Mitch worked on my tattoo, and he drew up such a beautiful design I couldn't even believe it, but it was the truth. He was so good at listening to what I wanted and making it come to life, even with just a walk-in, smaller scale tat. I really enjoyed Mitch, he was funny and so charismatic and made the entire experience that much better. One bad thing about the Truth is that they are pretty terrible at answering the phone, so if you call don't expect someone to pick up. You have to find their Google Doc sheet to send a request for an appointment and that's your best bet to get set up there if you don't go in person. We really loved our visit to the Truth Tattoos, and truthfully we will most likely be back at some point because we can't lie and say we didn't cherish our time and now forever inked skin, that's the facts.

When I went to The Truth Tattoos, I was greeted right away, multiple artists stepped up to see what my vision was and quoted me an amazing price. Lex was my artist, and she was seriously the best --super chill, confident, and nailed my vision on the first sketch. I even let her freehand some parts, that's how much I trusted her. Husband and I are celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversary and wanted to spontaneously get some…read morering-finger tattoos. It's been a rough year with losing his mother to cancer, buying a house in a rough market, and the ups and downs of normal life. We chose Tiger Rose Tattoo for their reviews and their ability to do walk-ins was a huge factor. The gentleman who took our initial information was super sweet and kind, it was a $150 minimum but I figured it would be worth it to have quality work done. After putting our names down we came back 30 min or so later & I can't remember our artist but he was in the back corner. We were told before getting our tattoos that the fingers are a different type of skin so rather than doing a line all the way around, it was only on the top. Sounded reasonable enough so we went with his advice. This was my third tattoo so I opted to go first, he did a pretty decent job shaving my finger, cleaning me off, and getting me situated. Took all of 5 minutes and then it was my husbands turn. He got two lines vs I only got one. He didn't have his finger shaved, he also took about 5 minutes and then we got wrapped up, paid $300 for three simple lines total... which is a bit nuts, but we paid and were off on our way. This was on Dec 31st, it's been 2 weeks now and we're not thrilled with the results. It literally looks like someone took a fine tip sharpie and drew two lines on my husbands finger. On the left side of my ringer finger, there's a chunk missing where black ink should be. It's truly absurd how much we paid and we'll have to find a better artist to help either make the lines thicker or just forget the whole idea and have it removed. This was my husbands first tattoo experience and I'm livid with his results. Do not do walkins here... I wouldn't trust them to do any of my other tattoos.

We had three visits for design; one where I left a deposit, one where we modified my design and one where I met my artist. Daniel was very good at listening to what I wanted -- even when I wasn't certain and modifed based on that. In my opinion he went above and beyond in this regard, and I believe he could tell I was a bit anxious, as I wanted a larger piece on my arm as a working profession. So I had high expectations and was picky and he handled it wonderfully. Daniel did a good job selecting a "transition" piece for the tattoo as well and offered me a few options. Keta was phenomenal. She helped cut some of my anxiety, was talkative, and kind. She needed help with placement as we couldn't quite get it right -- we both felt off about the spot and Daniel was happy to help with this as he had a vision. She was extremely skilled, took her time, took breaks to stay focused / sharp, and was in tune throughout my five hour (roughly) process. Her touch is light and effective. Her execution of the artwork was beyond anything i expected. My one complaint is due to numerous placements of the design, this made it challenging determining what dots were intended to be there and which weren't (may request an additional dot or two to fix evenness at some point but this is expected). When i drew this to her attention she was happy to add a few dots for evenness. Overall I am super pleased with my tattoo and am so excited to continue adding to my sleeve. I already have a follow up appointment scheduled to continue building the sleeve to add color and can't wait to see what is done with that.
