This time, the bartender seemed more interested in chatting with the cooks and other people than taking my order. After another 10 minutes, I was done. Two bars, roughly 20-25 minutes, and I still hadn't managed to order food. I ended up a couple of doors down at Burger 101, a little hole-in-the-wall burger joint. The guy there was super friendly, the burger and fries were delicious, and it cost about half as much. I took my food to go and sat by the beach. Pretty great view there, too. I understand that restaurants get busy. I don't expect someone to drop everything the second I sit down, but a menu followed by a long stretch of being ignored isn't much of a welcome. The Horn's view was what drew me in. The service was what sent me elsewhere. I decided to give my money to a place that seemed happy to have my business. Plus based on reviews the food is way too expensive for the quality you get. I think most people go there for the view.
