The staff was helping another customer, so we waited a couple of minutes before letting them know we received confirmation, 75 minutes later for one pizza! Once we told her we received a text that our order was ready, we were told they "knew we were there" and they would bring it out. Did I mention it wasn't busy? We also saw two or three other people waiting, pretty irritated, and one woman left and asked them to text her after she'd given up and decided to walk away.
