We stopped in on our first night in town and found this spot. From first walking in, it's definitely quirky but in a really good way. The drinks are really yummy, my husband said his old fashioned was one of the best he's ever had. The food is definitely homemade and you can taste the real ingredients used. The tomato soup had the perfect blend of spice, chunkiness, and creaminess. We opted to not put cheese or garlic on our breadsticks and they were perfect for dipping the soup. I chose the Caprese pizza and it was so wonderful! The pesto was perfect and the tomatoes were fresh and delicious. All in all, we will definitely look to come back any time we're in the coast. read more

I don't even know where to start. I guess I'll say, if you're hungry, don't come here. We placed an order for a pizza directly through the website and not a 3rd party, were given a text to confirm that it would be about 30 minutes, which was great. Then a second text came in stating that it would be another 25 minutes. When we are arrived at the time we were told to pick up the order, it wasn't ready, and took another 20 minutes. While we sat there waiting, we received a text that our order was ready. The staff was helping another customer, so we waited a couple of minutes before letting them know we received confirmation, 75 minutes later for one pizza! Once we told her we received a text that our order was ready, we were told they "knew we were there" and they would bring it out. Did I mention it wasn't busy? We also saw two or three other people waiting, pretty irritated, and one woman left and asked them to text her after she'd given up and decided to walk away. I was hoping it would be the pizza of my life to make up for the other disappointments, but I think it just tasted like I was hungry enough to swallow. Not expensive though! On a super long Thursday night, I was pretty wiped out, so after I got off work at 8pm, we doordashed from Kindred. The kid's order: -a zesto pesto crepe add bacon $16.95 -a side salad with house vinaigrette $7 -a rosemary lemonade with tonic $7 Me: - a 14 inch cheese pizza, extra cheese $4, add mushrooms for $2, total $23.99. Kid liked all his food. My pizza was cold ( our dasher made multiple stops and the delivery took 30 plus min even though we are pretty close by). I liked the thin crust, the sauce was mild and pretty flavorless, and I thought it could be cheesier for $4 extra imho. Enjoyed the mushrooms, wish there were more. BUT they are open for delivery to doordash later than most and we got $8 off on some promotion. I think next time we will go in person. read more

My first visit to this fun local family owned spot and loved it! I spent the Saturday afternoon crafting with girlfriends digging the tunes, the vibe and the extra space. The family is friendly and gracious and has built a community of appreciative customers who arrive with smiles. I ordered a freshly made strawberry lemonade after seeing it delivered to a friend. Yummy with slice of lemon on top. After an afternoon of crafting fun, I ordered a pizza to go. The crust was crispy and chewy perfect and I can't wait to try another. A friend enjoyed the blueberry crepe. It was beautiful with fresh fruit and my friend exclaimed at how good it was. Can't wait to go back!! read more

Such a good pizza place! Kind of hidden down the NE Hwy but worth giving it a try. We got the omnivore and bbq chicken pizza so good! Fresh ingredients and the crust so light and crispy! Give it a try not enough reviews on the little gem. Ambiance is so chill kind of a lounge/bar. They have games in the back definitely a late night chill vibe. My family loves this place. We all have varying dietary needs so we take our adult kids with us when they're in town and everyone can find something. I love the Pesto crepes and my husband loves the pizza. We don't drink often so we have the craft mocktails. They are delicious. They've made some great changes to the place making prices reasonable, weekend get togethers, no kids after a certain hour, and brunch on weekends. The crew are fun to talk to when they aren't busy. Atmosphere - It was just odd. It was like they were trying to create a Bend vibe in Lincoln City. There were some board games and a pin ball machine. Service - There was only one server and she did good. She checked on us a few times and answered questions about the food or drinks. Food - This was the most disappointing part of the experience. A very limited menu consisting of tacos and pizza. There wasn't even a burger option. Several of the people in my group got pizzas which on a scale of 1 to 10 were a three. My wife ordered the garlic breadstick appetizers which was gross. They were overcooked and did not have much flavor. I got the Beria tacos, which was $16 for three. They were okay I would give them a five out of 10. To kick it off one of the cooks was outside on his break getting high when we left. Needless to say if the choices were go to kindred by zest or Taco Bell I'll take my chances with getting food poisoning at Taco Bell. read more

I came back for their brunch service after having amazing crepes a couple of years back when they were running their business under Zest Garden Cafe. The space is pretty small with minimal seating space. The staff were all extremely friendly. The drinks and food were both a major disappointment for me however. I got the tropical mimosa. The bartender didn't even bother stirring the drink up, and the taste was not great. My family and I each got different vegan crepes. We got the strawberries & cream, the chocolate strawberry, blueberry dream, and zesto pesto. Each of them had little to no filling and had ingredients that tasted old and/of low quality. The batter itself was also pretty bad in taste. None of us could bring ourselves to finish any of our dishes. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend coming here nor will I bother to return again myself. read more

Very disappointing experience. The place was severely understaffed, and the atmosphere felt chaotic from the moment we walked in. It was extremely loud--kids were screaming, throwing Jenga pieces, and banging on a pinball machine. If this place is trying to be a craft cocktail bar, it really needs to decide if it wants to be that or Chuck E. Cheese. The decor didn't have a clear theme, which added to the confusion. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, we finally asked about it and were rudely told it would be "five more minutes." When I tell you that I would throw it back for their Quesabirria pizza every day and twice on Sunday, I'm not playing. This was genuinely the best pizza I have ever had. Listen, this place is casual and chill, so expect that and don't go in there being a snob because you'll miss out on some amazing food. The drinks were fun and creative.
