10/10 experience. I was searching for a mechanic in Fremont who would treat me like family. My mom has a 2011 Sienna LE with almost 200,000 miles on it and I had a sneaking suspicion that the suspension, brakes rotors, axles, and other original parts may have finally worn out. Mahmood promptly inspected my vehicle, went down the entire list of specific concerns I hard, and then showed me the entire front suspension while the car was on the lift to visually see the broken, damaged, and worn out components. In one day I had all four brake pads and rotors replaced OEM, and within the next few days he basically rebuilt the entire front suspension for me (front axles, front lower control arms and ball joints, front strut assemblies). Within the week this Sienna drives like new again and we couldn't be happier. He road tested it for us, made performed an alignment, gave us warnings for future things we should keep in mind (e.g transmission fluid at 200k miles), and even did a load test on my alternator so I could start planning some electrical work I plan to do on the van to convert it into a part time camper for traveling through the state and national forests. All newly installed parts are covered by a two year warranty, which is really confidence inspiring. I'll be bringing in the rest of the family's cars here from now on. I recently needed a safety inspection for a car I purchased through an auction. The vehicle didn't have a license plate or current registration, and I didn't want to risk driving it. Khawar kindly came over with his diagnostic equipment and performed an initial inspection at my place. He explained exactly what needed to be fixed for the car to pass inspection. During the inspection, he discovered that the signal lamps weren't working properly and needed repair. He then took the car to his shop and fixed the signal lamps. Since the car hadn't been driven for a while, it also needed at least 50 miles of driving before a smog check could be completed. Khawar drove the car for about half a day to make sure it reached the required mileage so he could perform the smog check. This level of service is truly a one-stop shop experience that's hard to find anywhere else. Most shops aren't willing to go the extra mile or provide this kind of customer care. Khawar handled everything from start to finish. He personally made sure my car passed both the safety inspection and the smog check so I could move forward with registering it. I was looking for a car mechanic who could do a car inspection for me for a potential car I was going to buy. Called this shop up and Mohammed picked up. He told me in detail what the inspection would include, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Everything was up front and honest which I apprecated. The inspection price was also very affordable compared to other shops I called in the area. I Got busy at work so couldn't make the appointment but had my wife bring in the car instead.
